7 Minute Muscle

7 minute muscle

 

I am currently following the 7 Minute Muscle program.  I will be documenting my journey on a daily basis through blog posts and videos. 

 

There are several factors that I love about this program... 

 

First, I appreciate that it includes the quick weight training sessions plus a combination of long duration cardio and 9 minute GXP cardio. 

 

The second thing that I really love about 7 Minute Muscle is that it really emphasizes the mind/muscle connection.  The 3 Flow strategies are outstanding and have helped take my workouts to the next level.
