I would like to share a brilliant article with you today that Tom Venuto, author of Burn The Fat recently wrote.

The article deals with the law of attraction and how you can use it to help you attract your dream body.

I am so thankful that I was introduced to this amazing law and it’s true power earlier this year. It has completely changed my life and was one of the biggest reasons why I wrote The Fit Bastard, The Fit Chic and created Unstoppable Fat Loss. I believe in the power of the mind so much that I dedicated the entire book to the topic.

Does this stuff work or is it just some hokey pokey stuff?

Well in Tom’s article he mentions the Larry King Live show which had a great panel of ‘mindset’ experts. I watched that show and the second it ended I began to walk to my computer and I thought to myself, “I wonder how much money I just attracted to my bank account?”

I logged into my online bank account and no word of a lie there was just over $7,000 of unexpected money deposited into my account from the government because of an error that had occurred over the past 5 years.

Now I believe in this stuff and even I was floored and overwhelmed with excitement.

Was this just a random coincidence? I don’t believe in coincidences.

I encourage you to read this article carefully and take the law of attraction seriously. The power to having the body of your dreams is right in front of you. You just have to accept it and receive it.

On recently broadcast special edition of CNN’s Larry King Live, Mr. King interviewed a panel of “mind experts” about how the thoughts you think literally turn into the events you experience, the material things you possess… AND even the health of your body.

For years, “positive thinking” and goal-setting were often criticized as “pollyanna” and “the law of attraction” was relegated into the category of “new age” fluff.

On the recent Larry King show, panel experts Bob Proctor, John Assaraf and others who were featured in the movie ‘The Secret’ explained that recent breakthroughs in neuroscience along with understanding mental laws, reveal why goal setting, the “law of attraction” and “positive thinking” all work, regardless of whether you look at them from a metaphysical or a scientific perspective.

Scientists have even identified specific parts of the brain, such as the reticular activating system (RAS), which works with the visual parts of our brain to call our conscious attention to things that are important to reaching our goals and to filter out those things that are unimportant.

The RAS is activated by “programming” goals into our sub-conscious minds. Our sub conscious mind is the “power center” and THIS is the mechanism that explains why goal setting and positive thinking are now being accepted as scientific methods for change.

We are discovering that our brain is cybernetic in nature, which means that it is literally like a computer, waiting for a program to be installed.

Here’s the kicker – the subconscious is completely neutral and impartial – it will carry out any instructions you give it.

Unfortunately, many of us are still running negative programs we picked up from others as children when our non-conscious minds were totally open and impressionable, or which we developed over the years as a result of repetition of our own negative thinking.

As it turns out, our own thoughts, repeated daily, are one of the primary ways that our “mental computer” is programmed on a sub-conscious level, which is the level of beliefs, habits and automatic behavior.

To change your results, you must overwrite old negative programming and install positive new programming into your subconscious.

This can be achieved through such techniques as written goal setting, positive self-talk (affirmations), and mental imagery (visualization).

In the 1970’s, the Soviets and East Germans were the first to formally use structured mental rehearsal, and at that time, they dominated in several Olympic sports. This was reported in great detail in Charles Garfield’s landmark book, “Peak Performance.” Today, virtually all elite athletes use visualization extensively, as we now know that the brain cannot differentiate between real practice and practice that is vividly imagined.

If you are getting more of the same negative results in your life – such as the same health problems, or the same body fat continues to return even after you lose it, then you have probably been un-consciously running old negative programs and re-enforcing them with negative thought patterns.

You can begin the positive mental reprogramming process by writing down your goals, changing your internal dialogue and taking a few minutes to relax, quiet your mind and perform a session of visualization or mental rehearsal every day (seeing yourself in your “mind’s eye” not as you currently are, but as you ideally would like to be).

These methods, repeated often enough, will begin to program the non- conscious portion of the mind, which is the same part of the mind that controls your heart beat, digestion and new cell production, all on “automatic pilot.”

In the last decade, neuroscientists discovered that you have the capacity to create an almost infinite number of new neural connections in your brain when you run new thought patterns.

The Old neural pathways are like grooves in a record, and if you are struggling with your health related behaviors or behaviors in any other area of your life, you have been playing the “old records” over and over again.

If you were to carve a new groove into that record, it would never play the same way again. the old pattern would weaken and the new one would take over. Brand new, positive thoughts, feelings and images begin to create new neural patterns.

Psychologists estimate that it takes 21 to 30 days to establish a new pattern in your brain. During this time, the focus on sticking with your practice and repeating your new thought patterns is critical.

Is this easy? For most people, no it’s not. In fact, controlling your thinking and keeping it constructive may be one of the most difficult challenges you have ever faced. Fortunately, writing goals and reading affirmations can help get you started.

You can take some of the pressure off yourself by simply accepting that negative thoughts and self criticisms will pop up from time to time. Just observe them, without mulling over them or adding to them, and change the polarity of the thought by quickly repeating one of your positive affirmations or by changing your mental pictures.

So is there something to this whole “positive thinking” thing?

The philosophers and theologians have been saying yes for the entire span of recorded history: “As you think, so shall you be.” Variations on this proverb can be found in every spiritual and philosophical tradition.

But… if you are the left-brained, “prove-it-to-me” type, you dont have to go on faith anymore. Scientists are beginning to prove more and more convincingly that thoughts are powerful things. Even Larry King seemed impressed with what his panel of “mind mentors” had to say.

So how soon are you going to begin your mental training right alongside your physical training? When are you going to learn how to harness this power locked up inside your mind?

Guess what? You’re already using this force every day because you cannot turn it off. Whatever you are thinking and picturing in your mind repeatedly on a daily basis is already on it’s way to you, so it’s simply a matter of HOW you are using it, not IF you are using it.

What do you say to yourself every day? Do you say, “I am becoming leaner, healthier and more muscular every day?”… or do you say “I am a fat person – Ive tried everything, nothing ever works?”

The fact is – you can think yourself thin and healthy or you can think yourself obese and ill. Maybe not in the literal sense…but most certainly as the critical part in the chain of causation…

You see, there’s a lot of talk these days in the personal improvement world about law of attraction, manifesting, intention, visualization, affirmations and of course, positive thinking.

Without understanding that there is an orderly, scientific basis underneath all of these things, many people will simply remain skeptics, while on the opposite extreme, others may get the idea that you can sit around meditating and visualizing, then expect a mystical “law of attraction” to kick in and then “poof!” a great body materializes out of thin air… along with the perfect relationship, a nice bank account and fantastic career success.

What really happens is “Positive thinking” and related methods quite literally re-program your brain, which in turn creates new behaviors that move you physically toward whatever you have been thinking about and focusing on.

So success is achieved through positive thinking + positive doing…. attraction + action. There are two sides to the coin. Without paying attention to both, you may continue to struggle… often against nothing but yourself.

If you want to transform your body or any other aspect of your life, then you have to change on the inside (the mind) first and then everything else will follow.

This process of *scientific* goal setting and mental reconditioning through emotionally charged mental imagery (visualization) and internal mental dialogue (affirmations) is the very first thing I have always taught my clients and the first thing I wrote about in my book, Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle You can learn all of these techniques in detail in chapter 1. Oprah, Larry King…And The Impact Of “The Secret”

There sure has been a whole lot of buzz lately about the movie “The Secret” and rightfully so. The movie truly is incredible.

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately about all this ‘buzz’ with the hit movie. You see I first watched ‘The Secret’ in April 2006. It was brought to my attention from a business colleague whom it greatly impacted. This is how word got around about the movie for nearly a year. It was just word of mouth and you passed on the website to friends and family that you knew would appreciate it.

I watched it in total awe!

I actually paid to watch it online twice while I waited for the dvd to get shipped to me. It instantly impacted my life in so many different ways. I had heard of much of what was mentioned throughout the movie before, but seeing it, listening to it, and feeling it just became so overwhelmingly powerful.

From that moment on my life had literally changed. I can’t possibly begin to tell you the amazing opportunities that have come my way, the incredible people that I have met, and the wonderful things that have happened over the past year.

It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost a year since it all started for me.

So now that ‘The Secret’ has been introduced to 100’s of millions of people through mainstream media, I can’t go a day without hearing someone tell me that ‘The Secret’ has changed their life. For many, this is a very true statement. ‘The Secret’ really is changing lives on a daily basis, and on a significant level. It’s truly a beautiful thing.

The thing that I struggled with for a day or two was hearing people say that the movie had changed their life already, yet I was listening to the way they spoke, how they acted, and I could immediately tell they were the same old negative person.

It was getting to the point were ‘The Secret’ was just a buzz word and if you want to fit in you better say that you watched the movie and that it changed your life.

I was sad at first because I know how many lives have really changed and this was almost making a mockery of them. I have watched ‘The Secret’ well over 100 times in the past year. For the first few months I would watch 30 minutes of it daily while riding my stationary bike. The information was embedded in me and just hearing the background beats and sounds sent chills down my spine and I knew my dreams were becoming reality.

I couldn’t help but think, “How can someone who can’t even repeat one line from the movie or tell me their favorite part actually say that it changed their life?”

But I quickly knew that I had to let this go. I understand how powerful the Law Of Attraction is when it’s put into action. It works for me, and the people I surround myself with have been greatly impacted as well.

My concern that Oprah and Larry King, in their efforts to make this great movie known to the masses, would turn it into a fad and make it lose its effectiveness, had to be put to rest. After all. As long as only a handful of people got this message and the movie truly impacted their lives, it would all be worth it.

My next concern came when there were people bashing the movie saying that there was no truth to it and that the Law Of Attraction doesn’t really work. Now this upset me because I’m living proof everyday that it works. But again, I just had to brush it off and think to myself that they simply weren’t ready for this kind of information.

After my short time of concern and wondering if Oprah, Larry King, Ellen, and the Today Show all did the right thing by sharing ‘The Secret’ with the mass media, I quickly realized that the emotions and feelings that I was getting was that I truly, from the bottom of my heart, want to see everyones life change for the better as a result of the powerful movie ‘The Secret’.

My emotions were getting stirred up because I wanted to shout out, “Watch the movie again, and again, and again….and TAKE ACTION and apply what they teach every single day….Feel Good, and believe in yourself…You really can have whatever you desire.”

The one key thing that I have learned over the years of educating myself is that you need to review the material over and over again and you must take immediate action applying what you learned, and you can accelerate your results by teaching others.

Watch ‘The Secret’ and don’t stop watching it. The Law Of Attraction is powerful. And there is so much more.

Are You Ready To Separate From The Pack and Achieve Ultimate Fat Loss?

You have reached a fork in your fat loss road…

…To the left you have the road that you have traveled on for years. The road of yo-yo dieting, inconsistent workout programs, self doubt, and poor self image…

Little did you know that the wall ended just inches beyond where you stopped. You just had to reach up, poke your head through the cloud, and witness the powerful feelings of accomplishing your goal.

During some corresponding emails with a fellow Fit Chic member who was doing pretty darn well with her fat loss program but was looking for a little extra nudge and motivation in the right direction, an idea came to me.

We needed to make her fat loss goals as powerful as possible and she needed a little extra incentive. I threw this idea out to her to see if she would accept my challenge.

I suggested that she make her fat loss goal public by allowing me to announce it to the entire Fit Chic community, set the date that she would achieve it, and hold a teleseminar on the goal date so she could share her journey to fitness success with everyone.

If you’ve read The Fit Chic or The Fit Bastard and listened to the Unstoppable Fat Loss audios you know how strongly I believe in the power of making your fat loss goals public. It definitely gives you that extra incentive to achieve your goal due to the fear of failure and having to tell people that you didn’t accomplish what you set out to do.

Now to most people this would be a little too uncomfortable. As well, the fear of failure would be too great for some. Believe it or not, those thoughts of not wanting to go ahead with the challenge because you are afraid of what you will look like if you fail, are enough to hold you back from ever achieving your dream body.

I was so proud of your fellow Fit Chic for accepting this challenge immediately. We will announce her goal and date soon and I am 100% confident that she will reach incredible fat loss success and beyond and I am looking forward to hearing her share her story with you.

She stepped out of her comfort zone and said, “Bring it ON!!!”

What do you think that does for a person?

I guarantee she isn’t going to sit back and coast along just hoping to one day have a lean, firm, tight, and sexy body.

I am sticking the fork in the road for you right now!

I am offering you the same challenge.

Will you do what others are afraid to do?

Will you take the path to fat loss goal achievement???

The choice is yours.

I don’t blame you if you don’t accept. It’s easy to stay in your comfort zone and just be like everyone else. It’s easy to just wish for a better body and not really do the right things to help you get it.

But if I know you, you are not going to sit back and allow yourself to continue living a life full of hopes and dreams.

You are finally ready to TAKE ACTION!

Fat Loss and The Pursuit Of Happyness

I took some time the other night to relax with my wife Angie and watch the movie “Pursuit Of Happyness” starring Will Smith.

I’ve heard a lot of comments about the movie and most of them went something like this, “Wasn’t it sad what he had to go through…It was pretty depressing wasn’t it?…I couldn’t imagine having to go through all of that…”

I had many thoughts going through my head while watching the movie and not one of those entered my mind.

The thoughts that entered my head were, “Look at this guys persistence…Wow is he ever passionate…He’s got a very strong driving force…Keep going buddy, your almost there…You’re going way beyond the point where most people would give up…”

It’s funny how I watch almost any movie and can somehow relate it to fat loss. This is certainly one of those movies.

How many obstacles have you been faced with during your journey to fat loss and fitness success?

Do you constantly keep that vision and feeling of success during those times? Or do you let it get to you and give up on your fat loss goals because that’s what you’ve done all along.

How persistent are you? How far are you willing to go to achieve your dream body? How Much does it mean to you to achieve that fat loss goal?

More importantly…

…Is your dream body really your goal?

Is it much deeper than that? Is it happiness, freedom, confidence, and empowerment?

And even more important…

Does the journey really end when you get there?

I can guarantee at least 97% of the people out there would have given up long before they reached the point of landing a job that they wanted so bad. What drove him to push through.

99.9% of the movie was the struggle that he went through. Man did I ever want him to get that job. But it wasn’t really the job that was his goal.

That one minute at the end of the movie, watching him pump his fists with tears of joy running down his face…Those feelings and emotions were what he was after.

Just think of everything he could possibly be feeling in that moment. Picture yourself experiencing those same feelings when you achieve your dream body.

But it doesn’t end when you reach that fat loss goal. You must strive to constantly improve. If all you are living for is that one moment of happiness reaching your fat loss goal, what are you going to do with the rest of your life.

Don’t you want to keep experiencing those feelings?

You can!

That’s the cool thing about our bodies. We can constantly improve, and you owe it to yourself to do that. This is what you deserve. Constant improvement.

Be better today than you were yesterday.

Enjoy each and every step of the way. The successes and the obstacles. The obstacles are what’s going to make your successes more gratifying.

Look for the things in your life that you can be happy about in this moment and go for more of it!

Don’t focus on just one fat loss goal and think that it’s the end of your journey. Do it for life!

Remember, it’s not that number on the scale that you are truly going for. It’s those moments where you can pump your fists in the air and say, “YES! I am capable of excellence!”

Realize that you can say that to yourself every single day.

Don’t give up where 97% of the population does.

Be persistent. The way that you be persistent is by realizing that this one day where you may have sabotaged yourself, is just one day in your lifetime, and that you are going to have other days just like it. And that’s OK!

You have way more days where you can be great and show off what you are capable of. This one day of slacking off does not mean you are a slacker. It means you are human and you needed a day to kick up your feet and say, “To hell with eating healthy. I’m on a lifelong journey of health and I’m aloud to have a day like this because I am pretty damn excellent the majority of the time.”

Appreciate the bumps in the road and always focus on what you truly want. Never, ever, give up! Constantly improve. Be happy, and have fun!

Happiness is not a moment, it’s a journey. Enjoy the journey.

Is Your Dream Body Painful?

When you think of your dream body what’s the first thing that comes to your mind?

Do you get excited?
Do you feel happy?
Do you see how great your life is now that you have reached your fat loss goal?
Do you think of how great it feels to fuel your body with healthy foods that it now desires?
Do you anticipate each workout with great enthusiasm because you know it will take you one step closer to your goal?
Are you walking tall and proud?
Did you get a new promotion or land a great job because of your new appearance and confidence?
Do you see how proud your friends and family are of you?
Have you attracted a new mate?
Are people complimenting you on your efforts and how absolutely fantastic you look?
After all you look totally stunning!

Are you absolutely certain that you will achieve this fat loss goal at any cost because you know how absolutely amazing your life will be once you totally embrace this healthy active lifestyle?

Were these the thoughts that first popped in your head? Or did you think something totally different?

Perhaps you thought, “Ya it sure would be great to achieve my dream body, but just don’t think that it’s possible.”
Did you instantly think of how hard it would be and all the work that it will take to get there?
Did you think of all the sacrifices you will have to make and all the junk foods that you will have to avoid?
Did you think of how painful it would be to eat all natural healthy foods that you consider bland and boring?
Did you think of all the previous times that you attempted to get there and didn’t quite make it?
Did you think, “Oh no, here Scott goes again. Now he’s going to make me write out my fat loss goals daily and read them several times a day. I don’t have time for that.”

Which of the above scenarios did you go through?

Maybe you started with happy thoughts, but quickly switched to the painful ones.

Unfortunately too many people associate getting in great shape with sacrifice and pain. Pain of the hard work and pain if they fail to reach their goal.

If it is, then today you’ve got to commit to change.

Tony Robbins, who I admire in so many ways, often mentions that in everything we do we are either doing to gain pleasure or avoid pain.

My fitness mentor and role model Tom Venuto, in his mp3 audio program ‘Body Of Your Dreams’, puts his own twist on this principle and calls it “Rewards and Consequences”.

What I see way too many times when people talk about junk food or alcohol is that they associate great pleasure with it. Half the time they’re drooling at the mouth just talking about it.

Is this you? Have you gone through this?

The instant you stop eating the junk or drinking the alcohol, after the temporary satisfaction has worn off, do you begin to feel guilt? Do you beat yourself up and begin to think about how fat you are and what you are doing to your health? Do you vow to never do it again?

But the problem is, you still associate pleasure with that junk food.

If you would just think of all these terrible things about what the junk is doing to your body before you put it in your mouth, it would be much more difficult to eat it.

But you can’t just stop there.

You’ve got to start thinking of the healthy all natural foods as something pleasurable. Think of all the good things that it is doing for your body. How much your energy levels will increase. How much your body fat percentage will drop. How great you will look as you continue to follow this one day at a time.

I once thought oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and vegetables were bland, boring foods that I couldn’t imagine eating. I remember those first few times that I ate them. I didn’t enjoy it at all. But then I began to think of why I was eating them. What the outcome was going to be.

After the first day I immediately noticed how great I felt. I didn’t enjoy the foods too much, but I was certainly enjoying the increased energy and I knew these foods had a purpose. They were stepping stones to my dream body.

Then a funny thing happened. I couldn’t go a day without eating this stuff. Not only was my body craving it for what it was doing for me, but my mind was too. I was now associating pleasure with healthy all natural foods.

I still enjoy chocolate. But I’m not a slave to it. I enjoy the temporary satisfaction, but it’s not the same as it once was. My body kind of rejects it, much like it would reject fast food if I had to consume it.

Today, I eat healthy foods and exercise frequently because I enjoy it. I know it’s a lot of work, and I know that I’m going to push my body hard and feel some pain (not injury pain, but hard working burning pain).

I anticipate this. Some days it’s more difficult than others, but I remind myself of why I am doing it. It has a purpose. It is part of my journey and I take it all in. The good and the bad.

You are not eating healthy foods and working out just because you want to look good. That’s just part of the experience. The benefits and pleasures are far greater than that, and maybe even greater than you are capable of imagining right now.

The consequences of continuing to live an unhealthy lifestyle where you are a slave to unhealthy foods and you skip the gym to watch your favorite television program are way too great for you not to make a change at this very moment.

I mean that, and I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I want to see you live a long quality life, full of energy, confidence, and excitement.

I think you deserve that, don’t you?

You have the power within you.

You can take your life and transform it into what you desire.

You just have to want it bad enough!

I ‘Fell Off The Fat Loss Wagon’… Have You?

Imagine what life would be like when you realize
that you don’t have to be perfect everyday.

If you fall off the wagon and cheat on your
meals, it’s O.K.

If you missed a workout you don’t have to beat
yourself up.

Imagine if you no longer felt desperate to lose-weight…

and the pressure to drop 30 pounds of fat in 30 days
has become a thing of the past.

Imagine being 100% certain that you will be
living in your dream body.

I have now developed this kind of attitude and
after this past weekend I realize that I am
unstoppable even when I ‘fall off the wagon.’

I just came back from a vacation for the Victoria
Day weekend here in Canada.

I left the house knowing that I was going to
loosen up on the strictness of my nutrition plan.

Over the past 3 months I have been following my
workout and nutrition programs to a ‘T’ and have
been experiencing some incredible results.

My programs have allowed 1 to 2 reward meals
throughout the week which is usually more than
I ever need.

During my 4 day vacation I didn’t even think about
a plan or what I ate. Mind you, most of the foods
that I did eat were very healthy.

If I felt like eating an ice cream cone I ate one.
If I wanted some cookies I had some. I even enjoyed
an ice cold Corona (maybe my 3rd beer in a year).

Now here’s the cool thing. I didn’t feel guilty.
I didn’t beat myself up for not following my
nutrition program.

When the weekend was done I didn’t panic and try
to make up for the weekend of bad eating all in
one day.

Actually it was very hard to feel guilty when I
had my wife telling me how great I looked in my
bathing suit at the beach.

Did that weekend ‘binge’ set me back?

Sure it did… temporarily.

Right now I am totally refreshed and vibrant.
Crazy as it may sound, it was exactly what my
body needed.

One of the most important things that I learned
from conducting the interviews for Unstoppable
Fat-Loss was that this truly is a journey that
we are on and you have to look at the big picture.

When you realize that you have your entire life
to continue to improve… one, two, three, or even
four days of poor eating can not stop you from
achieving your dream body.

Tom Venuto brought up an incredible point in his
interview. He said, “Most people grossly underestimate
what they are capable of in the long term and
ironically they overestimate what they are capable
of in the short term.”

Tom used the example of telling a female client that
she could be in good enough shape to get up on stage
and compete in a fitness figure competition 18 months
in the future.

The response would typically be, “No way, you’ve got
to be kidding me!” Yet this long term goal is actually
very attainable.

This same person who underestimated her potential
over the long term would try to drop 30 pounds
in 30 days to get in shape for a wedding or
bikini season.

When you overestimate that short term goal, often
times you are striving for perfection every single
day.

And if you are not perfect one day, you beat
yourself up and believe that it’s impossible to
ever reach your goal.

You begin to experience feelings of desperation
like, “If this program doesn’t work for me then
nothing will.”

… Or, “I’ve got to fit into this dress by my
high school reunion or I’ll just ‘die’.”

With beach season just a few weeks away I have
been asked several times what a person should
do if they are trying to get their bodies ready
to show off in their swim suits.

For some people a minor tweak to their nutrition
and workout plan will produce the desired result
of achieving a beach body.

Of course it all depends on what your definition
is of a beach body. Are you trying to get a cover
model chiseled body or do you just want a bit of
a flatter stomach?

You may really want to get that defined athletic
body, but you’ve got over 50 pounds to lose in
the next 4 to 6 weeks.

This is where the BIG PICTURE comes into play.
Setting goals to burn body fat and look better
for the beach season are fantastic because you’ve
set a deadline and there’s a lot of emotion attached
to the thought of looking HOT in a bathing suit.

Here’s where most people ‘fail’. They put all
their hopes and dreams into this beach season and
are striving for perfection.

Perfection is a dangerous word and will set you
up for disappointment every time.

Instead of trying to be ‘perfect’ for this beach
season, I recommend that you focus on being better
this beach season than you were the last and plan
on being better next beach season than you are
this year.

When beach season is over, focus on being better
tomorrow than you are today, and better today than
you were yesterday.

Strive for constant improvement instead of perfection.

I guarantee if you follow this approach you will
attain your dream body.

When you accept that going off your nutrition plan
for a few days will not prevent you from achieving
your dream body you will take a lot of pressure off
of yourself.

When you realize that you don’t have to make up
for it all in one day and that small improvements
each day can add up very quickly, it’s a lot easier
to visualize yourself in incredible shape 6 months,
12 months, and 18 months from now.

Yes you should learn what the reasons are for
the occasional binge, but don’t dwell on it and
definitely don’t beat yourself up. It’s all part
of the journey and it will play a part in your
overall success.

You may want your dream body NOW, but the important
thing is that you actually achieve it and are able
to keep it and continue to improve upon it.

To sum things up, the message that I really want
to get across is to not feel so desperate to get
in great shape.

You can and you will achieve your dream body. You
are capable of much more than you may think you are,
especially in the long term.

Enjoy yourself, keep it fun, and soak up every moment
of the journey.

Why I’ve Had The Best Month Of Workouts Ever

It’s true. I have had the best workouts, ate the
healthiest foods, and didn’t miss one cardio
session in the past 45 days.

No I haven’t discovered some amazing new workout
program.

It wasn’t some incredible diet plan that did it
for me either.

It was motivation and inspiration that hit me so
deep that it was impossible for me to give anything
less than 200% to my health and fitness goals.
