How To Motivate Your Spouse To Join You On Your Fat Loss Journey

  • Share your goal with them. Tell them why you want to achieve it, and what it means to you to achieve 6 pack abs.
  • Let them know how they will benefit when you reach your goal. Will your relationship improve? Will your sex life improve?
  • Let them know how much you value their health and that you would like to grow old together and travel around the world living a great quality life.
  • Give each other time to workout or workout together.
  • Don’t bring junk food into the house. Enjoy your reward meals together.
  • Measure your progress together.
  • Do a fat loss challenge together.
  • Now it’s time for you to share what’s worked for you to get your significant other on board with your journey towards 6 pack abs. If your significant other has not been supportive of you, share the struggles that you’ve encountered.
