Crunch-Leg Raise Combo

How To Perform The Movement

  • Bring your legs up off the ground and form a 90 degree angle with your thighs perpendicular to the ground
  • Perform a crunch so your elbows drive toward your knees.
  • Lower your torso back to floor, place your hands at your side and thrust your feet toward the ceiling while lifting the butt off the floor.
  • Repeat.
  • Angie and I only do about 5 minutes of abs per week. So although this is a great ab exercise, in order to achieve 6 pack abs it takes working your entire body, incorporating various forms of cardio training, along with a great nutrition program.
