Here’s a great leg exercise that is sure to have you screaming for mercy and working up a sweat quickly. You will get more benefit out of intense leg training when it comes to burning belly fat, than you will any ab exercise. Give this leg exercise a try and tell us how many reps it took before your legs felt like they were on fire…

Partial Lunge With Rear Foot Elevated

How To Perform This Variation Of The Lunge

  • Stand approximately 3 to 4 feet in front of a step or platform which about 6 inches high with your back facing the step.
  • Bring one foot back with your toes on the step. This should be a bit of a stretch. Lower your back knee straight down so it nearly touches the floor. DO NOT lunge forward. This is an up and down movement.
  • Your front leg should bend at a 90 degree angle and your knee should not go out beyond your toes.
  • Keep your upper body fairly straight. DO NOT lean forward too much.
  • Perform 8 to 12 repetitions then switch legs.
  • Now it’s time for your voice to be heard…

What do you think of this exercise? Did you feel the burn right away? Was it difficult to keep your balance?

We dare you to give it a try!

    Have a 6 Pack Abs-solutely amazing day!
