Hey everyone, Scott and I have an awesome Warm Up Routine For Couples to do before you engage in any kind of vigorous exercise. You can replace your warm up on the bike or any other equipment with these quick, easy, and fun exercises:
More Love, Less Fat Warm Up Routine
1. Couple’s Lunge
2. Couple’s Chest Press
3. Couple’s Plank on Ball
4. Couple’s Squat
5. Couple’s Seated Dumbbell Pass
As you can see this warm up is a lot of fun for couple’s and will get all your muscles warmed up for any workout you have planned…which leads me to ask…
Do you want a FUN way to connect with your partner? Do you find your relationship has lost those old sparks that it used to have when you first started dating? Are you longing for that lean N’ sexy physique that you keep wishing you had?
What if I told you that you can experience that Love Connection with your partner, AND a lean, sexy body too!
I have just finished adding the last minute touches to the first ever workout book for couples! Now remember this is only for couples that want to have more fun, more intimacy, and experience a great love connection through working out together. This is NOT for couples that want to remain miserable, unhappy, and unhealthy. Anyone who wants to experience More Love, and Less Fat in their relationship can check out my new book, just being released today: More Love, Less Fat – A Couple’s Guide To Transforming Your Body and Relationship
Cheers to health,
Angie

This is awesome Scott and Angie!
I don’t think there is a better way to bring couples together than through fitness and health.
Actually, I think that is a big area of disconnect when it comes to relationships. You can see it all over America…one or both involved in the relationship let’s themselves go.
Whether, we want to admit it or not, that’s enough to subconsciously (sometimes consciously) put a big strain on a relationship.
Great job, you two!!

This is a GREAT direction to be moving guys!
I only see one problem with the idea, and it’s a MAJOR one. I don’t think I would ever actually finish a workout with my wife
Keep it up guys!
