He says, “More Sex” She says, “More Intimacy”

Whatever it is that you want – whether it be frequent sex, more enjoyable sex, more intimacy, or more sexual desire … I’d vouch for ‘all of the above’ … the key is to EXERCISE.

Here are just a few ways that exercise will directly increase your sexual satisfaction:

1. Regular physical activity, just walking for 25 minutes 3X/week will decrease impotency related problems. Physiologically every time you engage in physical activity, your heart rate will increase, thereby pumping more blood to all of your organs…

“Couples That Workout Together” – How Relationship Will Improve

Here are just a few ways that your relationship will enhance when you workout with your partner:

1. Begin to feel more connected as a couple. Now you have a common goal to focus on. You are both putting your thoughts and energy into creating an atmosphere for your goals to flourish. Working out together is quality time. You will have a lot of talk about. You will have a solid half hour to truly bond. You can plan to workout when you are most likely to have little interruption.

2. Lifestyle will become more conducive to a fit and healthy couple. This is fantastic! When you begin to workout together and feel GREAT, you want this feeling all the time. You will begin to appreciate quality, wholesome foods. You will realize that eating well makes you FEEL well. When you feel well, your entire outlook on life enhances! As a couple you may begin to question some of your current activities if they do not suit a healthy lifestyle. For example, sitting on the couch for hours and eating chips on a daily basis is not what fit people do day after day. You will find yourself gravitating towards activities such as: joining a walking club or bowling. This is just what happens when you realize how awesome being fit feels!

3. Have a TON more Energy! This is simply the best

Can Your Relationship Use A Little Spice?

Remember when you first got married and had so much time together? Dinner dates, long walks, and intimate getaways?

Wow, it truly is such a miracle to create a baby – yet it takes a miracle to raise one without jeopardizing that deep connection to your partner.

Children, career, and extra-curricular activities will often leave you and your partner (spouse) completely exhausted by the end of the day. The last thing you likely feel like doing is working out. Do you have anything left to really GIVE of yourself?

Fat Loss Video Broadcast with Jon Benson

I’m totally psyched to do my first live video broadcast tonight at 9pm EST and even more excited about the guest expert who will be sharing the spotlight with Angie and I. Jon Benson with be helping us answer some of your most pressing fat loss questions that you have been sending in. You can watch the broadcast live or view the recording at Unstoppable Fat Loss Live with Jon Benson.

If you are joining us live there is a chat box where you can have a back and forth conversation with us. I’m really interested to see what you think about the live video broadcast and if you find it any more helpful than webcasts or the traditional teleseminars that you may have been a part of.

The thing that I like about the video broadcast is that I can demonstrate an exercise or movement and you can visually see it, rather than me trying to explain it over the phone.

We are really looking forward to answering your questions tonight and plan on doing many more of these live video broadcasts to deliver the best possible quality information to you.

Have an absolutely amazing day!

Tom Venuto is the ‘go to guy’ when it comes to the most effective strategies to burn fat and today marks the beginning of a new era in Fat Loss. Fun Family Activities And The Impact On Your Weight

I’ll be the first to admit that simply being active with your children is not enough to get 6 pack abs. But there is no doubt in my mind that being a fun and active family plays a key role in my fat loss success. There has always been a direct correlation between my weight and the amount of physical activity that our family is involved in. I attribute this to the fun factor of fitness.

Here’s a video of a fun and active day that I recently shared with my family. You’ll crack up at the 2:44 mark in the video. You have to watch it to see what I’m talking about ;)

During this family adventure we went on a 1 mile boardwalk, hiked through the forest, rode our bikes for 3 miles, walked along the beach, climbed trees and rocks, and simply had an all around great time.
