The most frequently asked questions that I receive about fat loss revolve around lack of motivation. The thought of a hot new diet or workout program can be more enticing, but the bottom line is… if you can’t stick with the program it’s not any good to you no matter how effective it is.

As the banner states in the header graphic at the top of this blog, “Empower Your Mind and Your Body Will Follow“. In my humble opinion mindset is everything. It will make or break any program that you follow.

I’m committed to keeping your motivation high in 2010 and helping you develop an unstoppable mindset that will have you exceeding your goals and expectations with each year to come.

To give you a jump start I have two FREE reports to share with you…

FREE Fat Loss Motivation Reports

The Unstoppable Fat Loss Motivation Report (more like a book than a report. Packed with great info to help you overcome obstacles and develop an Unstoppable Mindset)

Top 10 Fat Loss Secrets (quick read)

I’ve also included a short 18 minute audio for you at the bottom of this post that is absolutely jam packed with incredible fat loss motivation tips.

It’s an interview that I did with Tom Venuto last year on the topic of beliefs. Believe It Or Not… believing that you will actually achieve your fat loss goals can be a very difficult task for many people.

Do you believe that you will achieve your fitness and life goals in 2010?

You can download the audio in mp3 format and play it any where that you wish. While you walk, while you drive, or while you are preparing a healthy meal.

I’d love to hear your feedback on the free fat loss motivation reports as well as the audio. Even if you’ve read them before or have listened to the audio, take this opportunity to go over the material again to refresh your memory. Reading through a second time may just be the ticket to making the information stick. I know that I’ve read some of my favorite fitness books at least a dozen times.

I’m looking forward to hearing your feedback and looking even more forward to exceeding your expectations in 2010 by delivering high quality content in a fun and exciting way.

There really is an intelligent way to lose weight and as you can probably guess it doesn’t involve going on a crash diet or spending countless hours in the gym. The intelligent approach to fat loss is to skyrocket your motivation by focusing just as much effort on strengthening your mental muscle as you do the other muscles in your body.

The holiday season has arrived, which means that you will be surrounded with tempting foods, alcoholic beverages, and be presented with many opportunities to bail out on your workouts. Lucky for you, the Unstoppable Fat Loss mindset that you are developing will help you blast through any obstacle or barrier that you are faced with during this festive time of year.

If you have been thinking of starting a weight loss routine and are beginning to debate whether or not to put it off until the New Year, it’s time to take action. There’s no better time than now.

If you have been following an exercise and diet program for a little while and you are getting a little nervous about how you will handle the holiday temptations, it’s time to begin thinking of how great it’s going to feel as you continue to make progress during these challenging times.

I have a great audio for you today that will help skyrocket your fat loss motivation. This interview was conducted by my friend Scott Colby and in the process raised thousands of dollars for Trekking For Kids. I love being a part of these fund raising events and dishing out some outstanding content in the process.

The questions that we answered on mindset and motivation for weight loss were absolutely awesome. Scott and I were joined by our friends and motivation experts Jim Katsoulis and Kevin Gianni on the call as well. This made for one heck of a motivating audio that you will not want to miss.

Download this audio and pop it into your mp3 player and head out for an energizing walk. When you get back let me know what you have learned from the audio and what you are going to take action on today.

Let’s get through the holiday season in better shape than where we are at today. When other people are just setting their New Years Resolutions, you’ll already be well on your way to achieving them and may have already achieved those goals.

Wrap 2008 up in style!!!

When does your body store fat, how do you know the number of calories you burn during the day, and why do people get fat and chubby when they stop working out? These are all questions that were answered during today’s Fat Loss Rapid fire Reader Request podcats.

Press play on the audio above, or download the podcast to your mp3 player and hear the fat loss advice that my co-host Leigh Peele “The Fat Loss Troubleshooter” and I share with you to help you achieve the body that you deserve.

Here are the exact fat loss questions asked during the call in detail…

When does the body actually store fat? For example does it wait until the end of the day and realize, oh ok I had more energy than I needed for the day and store what is left over? Or does it store it at different times throughout the day. For example if I overeat at a session and their is an surplus of energy (food) in my blood stream? Thanks for your feedback

What is a good method of figuring out how many calories I burn if I can’t afford something like a bodybugg?

Why do some people turn fat/chubby once they stopped working out? Does genes & metabolism have something to do with this? When exactly should I do advanced techniques like Supersets, Drop/Strip sets, Negatives, Forced reps, Circuit training, Density Training, etc… How often?

Leigh and I truly appreciate the excellent questions that you have all been submitting. We try to keep the weekly Fat Loss Rapid Fire Reader Request podcast short and to the point which makes it difficult to get to all of your questions.

My question to you is, would you like us to do these question and answer sessions more often than once per week? Do you prefer the short podcasts or would you rather have a full 60 minute podcast once per week?

Let’s face it.
Recently I was interviewed by Sincere Hogan as a series dedicated to raising money for the victims of Hurricane Ike. Sincere grilled my friend Scott Colby and I on the topic of mindset and motivation and we dished out some great information which I am certain will accelerate your fat loss results.

Here are some of the questions that Sincere asked us…

Creating An Unstoppable Mindset

You have questions about fat loss and we’ve got answers. The first week of the Fat Loss Rapid fire Reader Request podcast produced some great questions from over 20 of our valued readers and that was with just a few hours notice. Obviously my co-host Leigh Peele and I are unable to answer all of your fat loss queries during our rapid fire session, but we will do our best to answer the questions that we don’t get to during the podcast throughout the week on our blogs. Here are the 6 questions that we answered this week during the podcast…

Question from Etana in SILVER SPRING, MD
I heard that if you are not getting results such as scale weight or pants fitting looser in 2-4 weeks you should switch what you are doing. Could you speak about changing what you’re doing if you don’t get results: How do I know what to change? How long should I wait with no results? I am eating 1350 calories now. I have history of 1200 calories, and moderate 5 times per week exercise (bodyweight, dance aerobics, & 3 times per week interval 20 min) and no fat or size loss in 20 weeks.

Question from Ruben in Ensenada, Mexico
How important or often is rest needed between workouts if your goal is to lose fat? And, how do you motivate yourself to train hard and keep healthy eating on those days you just want to take a break from your exercise and diet routine? Can I take break for one day and jump back in? I find that the hard part is training the mind to achieve your fat loss goal. The body just follows. Thanks for your support.

Question from Tiffany in Winnemucca
I just had a partial hysterectomy and they made 5 incisions through my stomach. Do you have any suggestions on what ab exercises I can start with to get my stomach back in shape? I have not been able to exercise at all for four weeks.

Question from Rhonda in Port of Spain ,Trinidad
Scott, I have been struggling to lose approx 10 lbs for the past 5 years. The problem is once I start losing the weight, it drops off the wrong place, like my butt. My problem areas are upper thigh and stomach. Any suggestion?

Question from Tracey in Estevan, Saskatchewan
Hi Scott, I need to lose a lot of weight & I know the importance of eating more than 3 times a day but when I am working I find it hard to get those snacks in there on my 15 minute breaks, I am lucky if I can get a yogurt cup in & I keep hearing about having protein with every meal. How can a person do that when they find it hard to eat 5 or 6 times a day?

Listen to the 24 minute Fat Loss Rapid fire Reader Request podcast for the answers and we would absolutely love to hear your feedback. Please don’t be shy. Tell us what you think by leaving a comment below.

Friend and fellow fat loss expert Craig Ballantyne has really impressed me lately. He has been sharing some very effective fat loss workout videos from his Turbulence Training Program and I would like to introduce you to these workouts throughout the week and have you give them a try for yourself.

To kick off “Craig Ballantyne Week” here at Unstoppable Fat Loss, I would like you to do this great workout for the abs that Craig has put together. As you can see from Craig’s picture he certainly knows what it takes to get a great set of abs.

Like Craig, I don’t do sit ups or crunches during my ab workouts and I don’t spend a lot of time working my abs either. If you want great abs, the majority of your success will come from a solid nutrition plan.

6 Minute Ab Workout

www.TurbulenceTrainingProgram.com

I have also included Part 1 of an interview series that I did with Craig last year. He shared some great tips that I would like to pass on to you. In this audio you will learn the benefits of having a backup plan as well as the importance of having a structured program.

Why Am I Making Such A Big Deal About Craig Ballantyne and Turbulence Training

First of all, I have a great deal of respect for Craig. He’s a true leader in our industry. He has done a significant amount of research and continues to learn new methods to help you burn fat in the fastest time possible. But that’s not what impresses me the most about Craig.

My respect for him has grown since I had the opportunity to meet him in person in September. It was during this time that I really got the chance to see just how much he values his readers and customers. He truly goes above and beyond to help you succeed.

He understands and listens to his readers. He delivers what they are asking for and he has fun in the process.

There are definitely things that I don’t see eye to eye with Craig on, and there’s nothing wrong with that. I still cringe when I see him use the phrase, “long boring cardio”, because long duration cardio is fun and effective for me.

But that’s one of the things that I like about Craig and his Turbulence Training program. He found a system that works for him and many others, and he stands behind it 100%. The program appeals to and works for the busy person who simply can’t make the time for long duration cardio and who doesn’t enjoy doing it.

But like I said, what really has me impressed is the amount of free content that he has been pumping out lately. His videos have been outstanding and I’m sure that you are going to enjoy them just as much as I have.

Give the abs workout a try and let me know how it felt. Listen to the 16 minute audio and let me know what you think.

If you are not following Craig Ballantyne, I recommend that you get on his newsletter and learn more about his Turbulence Training Program at www.TurbulenceTrainingProgram.com

He’s a great guy that wants you to succeed. I’ve used his programs and they work. It definitely provides great variety to my yearly training.

When it comes to fat loss are you following a workout program that you can’t stand or a diet program that you dread every second of? Have you stopped performing certain physical activities that you enjoyed because some fat loss expert told you that it’s not the most effective way to burn fat, only to proceed to follow a program that you dislike just because it claims to produce better results?

If you want to succeed in achieving your fat loss goals it is crucial that you create the environment which will put you in the position succeeding for life. Doing workouts and activities that you enjoy and will stick with is definitely a step in the right direction.

What you are about to read is an excerpt from an interview that I did with Zach Even-Esh from the MP3 audio program, Unstoppable Fat Loss. Zach is an expert at creating the best possible environment to help you achieve your fat loss goals. Enjoy the article and the audio clip…

Scott: You talk about merely existing. Now when you see other people in the health club where they are just going in and they are not putting the effort into it. They are just going through the motions. Going through the movements. So, this type of mentality, this sort of not giving it your all, is one of those things that is holding them back Wouldn’t you say?

Zach: It is, and you know, with anything you do you might as well go for the best, the absolute best with it. There is no sense for me to go 80 percent of what I could do, or half of what I could do. It is a big reason why I do not train at gyms now because the atmosphere is for the most part pretty negative. I am generalizing, I know that.

Scott: Right.

Zach: But I like to just create my own atmosphere and a lot of times that means I’m training outside, I’m training in nature. I am putting myself in places and in the state of mind that bring me joy, and make me happy, and make me feel good, because the results come that much better. Or I’m training at home, in my garage, in my backyard, in the place where I came play my own music.

Scott: Right.

Zach: It is all about putting yourself in the environment that makes you feel good. When people want an equation, I ask them to think about the places they go to most, the restaurants or wherever you shop at. Why do you go there? It’s because of the experience, because you feel better there. I’m going to go to the restaurant that has the great food, and the beautiful music and the beautiful artwork on the walls. As opposed to the restaurant that has poor service and angry waiters and waitresses.

That is what you will stay away from. So, you want to apply those things to how you train your mind and train your body. Put yourself in the place, in the environment that brings you the feelings of joy and happiness, and success. That little thing will really springboard you into becoming a much more efficient, happier, more joyful person. You are just going to bring about a lot more joy to your life.

Scott: That is so true. I think that is awesome and very powerful. I mean I see it in your videos. You have converted your garage into your own home gym. And the type of atmosphere in there is just awesome. It just oozes positive fun. The energy in there, I can tell the guys you are training in there and that you are coaching, when they walk into that garage, how can they not push themselves hard and get their intensity level up.

I hear the music that you have pumping in the background and they are into it, but you have created that environment for them. If it were just dull and boring it just wouldn’t have the same kind of effect.

Zach: Nobody would want to come.

Scott: That’s right.

Zach: It’s like the Starbucks experience. You know, we were just in Florida, and in Florida they have outdoor malls. It’s beautiful. It’s like California. You know the sun is shining everywhere. You are breathing in fresh air. Well Starbucks was packed. It was jam?packed. There were people inside. There were all the tables outside. Why were they doing this? Is their coffee that much better than anywhere else? I am not really sure it is a whole lot better. It is very good coffee but they are outside. They are reading the paper. They are on their laptop. They are breathing in fresh air. They could be drinking something else for all it matters.

Scott: Right.

Zach: But it’s the experience and the same thing when you are training yourself or you are training with other people. You want to create that kind of environment.

So we have all these motivational black and white photos up on the wall in the garage from body builders from the Golden Era which is when people trained just because they loved to train. We play the music. We just pump that music up because it puts them in a good vibe. It is not a place for them to be complaining but it’s a place for them to work hard, have fun and we also train in groups because it is infinitely more fun. We put our guys together in groups of five and they work their tails off but they have so much fun. I mean I don’t even realize that I am working when I am training all these athletes and that’s what I do. I always hooked up with people who were motivated, always in good moods. It just elevates the progress much, much faster than like what I keep emphasizing, putting yourself in a crappy environment.

Scott: Instead of thinking of it as a chore, and something I have to do and it’s out of desperation or I’ve really got to lose weight, you have created an experience where is fun and you enjoy the journey. I think that’s really what it is all about. It shouldn’t be the pressure of needing to get something. It’s really loving it.

Zach: Yeah.

Scott: and what you have to do you have to create that environment around you. If you can’t find it in the gym, do something in your garage or out in the yard. I have seen you with some pretty wicked cool exercises outside. Even with the picnic table you are lifting up there and doing different things. You can tell as intense and focused as you are, you’re having fun and you are loving every second of it.

Zach: You got to love it. Anything that you love you will do. You’ll do it without… I can’t remember what the exact quote but it had to do with if you start to do something that you love you will never have to work a day in your life again because you don’t realize that you are working. It’s the same thing at least for me with my health and my fitness. I love to train. So it is not a chore for me. It drives me insane if I miss a workout. That’s why I always allow time for a quick five minute workout, fifteen minute workout. If I have the time it may be 30?45 minutes.

When we talk about training outside, fresh air will do wonders for your mind and your body and it is almost like a form of meditation. Most people don’t get outside enough and I’m training outside, even when it is cold, when it is in the 30s and 40s, I will get outside and at least get some fresh air. Even when it is a little bit over 100 degrees hot and humid I am going outside. I am training. It’s my freedom. It’s a place where I lose myself and I find myself and anybody who wants to get results, you have got to do something that you enjoy, whatever kind of moving it is ? surfing, bike riding, playing soccer, playing basketball, volleyball. It might be lifting weights. Doing whatever it is that you love. As long as you are moving your body. you are on the right path. There is no one path or best path for getting fit. I think that we’ve put a limitation on what people can or can’t do or what they should do to get fit and people are probably feeling like I don’t like working out with weights or I don’t like doing that and then they don’t want to work out. Whatever you love to do that allows you to move your body, go out there and do it. If it brings joy to you, then that’s what you have to indulge yourself in. That’s what the human body is for.

Scott: Right.

Zach: It’s for moving. It’s for movement. So, I’m not going to tell people you should only be lifting weights.

Scott: Right.

Zach: Spring training is definitely my love but I love doing things like mountain biking, things that are outdoors, hiking, jogging, running with my dog. Those are the things that I love to do. If somebody likes to do something else, then that’s what they should spend a lot of their time doing.

About The Author:

Scott Tousignant, BHK, CFC is a personal trainer and motivation coach from Ontario, Canada. After graduating from the University of Windsor’s Human Kinetics Program with honors in movement science, Scott began his career with an intense interest in physiology and biomechanics, but quickly developed a love for sport psychology.

His interest in the power of the mind led him to create Unstoppable Fat loss, (UFL) an audio interview MP3 interview series. UFL is different because it’s not about what to eat or how to train. It’s about goals, mind, motivation, vision, persistence, emotions, passion, overcoming obstacles and even how fitness and health fit into your life purpose. The interviews include fitness professionals and “regular folks” who have overcome some very big problems.

I’m going to be blunt and honest with you here. If you want to burn fat, discard several pounds, and get into better shape and health, I’ve got some news for you. Looking for a nutrition and workout program that you can follow for life will not do you any good at all. In fact, I believe that the traditional lifestyle approach to fat loss is a bunch of crap. I’ll share my Non-Traditional Lifestyle Approach to fat loss in a moment, but first, here’s why I believe lifestyle plans suck…

I recently let loose in a conversation that I had with my friend Jim Katsoulis of The Elite Body, and revealed the weaknesses with the traditional lifestyle approach. We recorded that 12 minute conversation so you can listen to it by clicking on the audio player above.

I told Jim that the most frequently asked question I received after I achieved my goal of 6 pack abs was, “Can you maintain that way of eating and exercise for life?” My answer is absolutely not!

If I was to continue to train that way, I would eventually burn out. If I was to continue to eat that way chances are my body would adapt, but not until I eventually wilted away. I burned a lot of body fat during that journey and when I reached my goal and didn’t want to burn any more fat, why would I continue with a program that was designed to melt the fat off my body rapidly? Not to mention, following a fat loss program for a long period of time is mentally draining as well.

But here’s the thing…

It was absolutely necessary for me to crank up the intensity of my workouts and push my limits. It was necessary for me to buckle down on my nutrition and eat a lot more natural foods. It was absolutely crucial to boost my mental game and stir up some serious internal and external motivation.

The Traditional Lifestyle Approach Is A Cop Out!

When someone tells me, “I’m looking for a program that I can follow for life”, I immediately think that this person is copping out. In my humble opinion this is an excuse not to put forth your very best effort.

The lifestyle approach gives you an ‘out’. If you aren’t experiencing success you can always say, “I don’t like strict programs. I prefer to enjoy life”. But are you really enjoying life in an overweight and unhealthy body? Are you able to do every thing that you want in life? Are you full of energy and living to your fullest potential?

The traditional lifestyle approach allows you to stay in your protective little bubble. You never have to test your limits. It’s safe. There’s no chance of failure. How can you possibly expect to achieve great results with this approach?

If you want to burn fat and improve your body you absolutely must step outside of your comfort zone. You must be willing to test your limits and go beyond them. You must be willing to push yourself and do the extraordinary, not the usual.

If You Want To Stay Where You Are At Keep Doing What You’re Doing

If you want to stay in the current level of health keep your physique in the shape that it currently is at, then by all means follow a lifestyle approach. That’s what it’s designed for. But if you have fat to burn or muscle to put on, a lifestyle approach will not get you where you want to go.

I’ve mentioned a great quote by Hall Of Fame Quarterback Jim Kelly in my books and they are words that I live by. “The day that you are satisfied with where you are at is the day that you take a step backwards.”

I personally allow myself to temporarily be satisfied with where I’m at. I admire the success that I just experienced and give myself a nice pat on the back. But shortly after that celebration I begin looking for my next challenge. I begin to look for new ways to improve my physique and my health.

To me, this is the TRUE lifestyle approach. It’s an approach of constant and continuous improvement. You grow as an individual each and every day. You live to your potential. You become the best YOU that you could possibly be. That’s what makes life worth living!

I provide the TRUE lifestyle approach in my Fit Chic and Fit Bastard workout programs. Every month I provide a new challenging workout. Every 3 months we completely switch modes and shift from fat burning to muscle building. There’s a full year of workouts to go through in my programs. But…

I love to incorporate other workout programs designed by my colleagues in addition to my programs. This makes it so much more fun and adds an element of challenge to the picture.

Here’s What Changing My Workout Program Monthly Does For Me

Challenges my body in new and unique ways

It gives me something to look forward to

Mentally it motivates me to do my absolute best on any given program because I know it will only last 4 weeks and then I move on

It allows me to experiment with a large variety of programs to find which ones my body responds to the best

When switching to a muscle building phase it gives me a mental break from dieting

I give my absolute best to every program that I follow. I want to see just how effective it really is. I like to see if a program can live up to it’s claims. The only way to know that for sure is if I put forth 100% of my effort.

So my question to you is… Are you putting your very best effort into your fat loss program? Or are you just coasting in a traditional lifestyle approach hoping that you will succeed somehow?

If you want results it’s time that you pick up your game and kick it into high gear. Why wait for the end of your life to achieve results. Get them now and get them quick, then move onto the next goal.

How bad do you really want a lean & desirable physique? Are you willing to do what it takes to get it?

Come on now! I’m demanding more from you and you should be doing the same for yourself. Show me what you are really made of!

Take 12 minutes to listen to the conversation that I had with Jim Katsoulis and share your thoughts on what we discussed.

When you are done listening to what I have to say, hop on the chance to learn from other experts who know what it takes to achieve an ‘elite body’ by visiting www.UnstoppableFatLoss.com/elitebody.php

Every week Jim interviews a new fat loss expert and has us share our best advice to achieve and ‘elite body’. I’ve listened in on the first 3 interviews and they’ve been outstanding. Jim will be interviewing me in September for our full length interview where I really dish out a boatload of fat burning content.

But for now you can enjoy our short conversation where I talk about the traditional lifestyle approach.

I’d love to hear your thoughts and feelings on this issue. Are you still going to look for one single program to follow for life?

Have a 6 Pack Abs-solutely awesome day!

I've mentioned a great quote by Hall Of Fame Quarterback Jim Kelly in my books and they are words that I live by. "The day that you are satisfied with where you are at is the day that you take a step backwards."

I personally allow myself to temporarily be satisfied with where I'm at. I admire the success that I just experienced and give myself a nice pat on the back. But shortly after that celebration I begin looking for my next challenge. I begin to look for new ways to improve my physique and my health.

To me, this is the TRUE lifestyle approach. It's an approach of constant and continuous improvement. You grow as an individual each and every day. You live to your potential. You become the best YOU that you coul</itunes:summary>

When it comes to the HIIT vs Long Duration Cardio debate, the HIIT extremists as I call them, are bombarding you with the words, ‘stop doing long boring cardio‘ and ‘long duration cardio will hurt you‘. Once again, I have to question if they have your best interests at heart. You never hear them mention that HIIT training can be harmful to people with certain body types. You also very rarely hear about the health benefits of long duration cardio. I’m going to share just one of the stories from one of my readers, as well as a very informative 14 minute interview with Kevin Gianni below. I encourage you to read on.

Is Long Duration Cardio Really Boring?

To some people, sure it is. And that’s what makes HIIT training so appealing to many people. I admit, running on a treadmill can be pretty darn boring. But running through a forest, on a nice river front trail, or a beautiful park setting can be an uplifting experience.

But cardio is not just jogging. As I’ve mentioned before, I prefer to bike. On my 30 minute bike rides down my winding county road which follows the narrow Belle River, I am certain to see some pretty amazing things along the way. I regularly witness a fox chasing a rabbit, deer running along side me, geese honking and splashing around on the river’s edge, and the simplicity of the horses, cows, and donkey’s that I see along the way.

I guarantee that my 30 minute bike rides contributed to burning the 14% body fat that I recently discarded. And for people to tell me to stop doing something that’s been effective for them and that they actually enjoy is doing a disservice in the battle of obesity.

A Fit Chic’s HIIT Experience

Every day I get at least one email or one post in my support communities from people who are frustrated and confused in regards to this cardio debate. The hype about HIIT has been poured on so strong that it’s been causing people to give up what they enjoy and instead do something that they don’t enjoy because all these experts are telling them to stop doing long duration cardio even though it’s been effective for them.

A Fit Chic member posted her question in the support community and was dizzy with confusion. She had been experiencing fantastic results with long duration cardio incorporated into your workout program and she was enjoying it. But the hype got to her. Being told to “Stop doing long duration cardio because it’s a waste of time” finally sucked her in.

Two weeks of HIIT and two doctors visits later she was ordered to stop HIIT training. It was injuring her and weakening her immune system.

Plus it took all the fun out of exercise. She was dreading her HIIT sessions. But because these experts were pounding it down her throat, she continued with it because this must be the solution to fat loss. Little did she know that she already had the solution. What she was doing was working.

HIIT Evangelists Do Long Duration Cardio Too

The ironic thing is that I know for a fact that there are many HIIT evangelists out there that do triathlons and marathons. Now why is that? I know for some of them it’s because they enjoy it, it’s a new challenge, they do it for a cause, and it’s all a part of living in optimal health.

If they are doing it, why the heck are they telling you to stop?

Hot & Cold Body Types

In the interview below that I did with Kevin Gianni, he shares some great information about body types and which form of exercise would work best for you based on your body type. For example, if you are a ‘hot’ body type, HIIT will actually put stress on your body. This is exactly what happened to The Fit Chic member above and has been experienced by many others within my support communities.

The message that I’m trying to get across here is to listen to your body and listen to yourself. If you are doing something that you enjoy like I enjoy riding my bike, you will stick to it. When it comes to fat loss it’s all about compliance.

If you jogging hurts you or is boring to you, try something different. If HIIT hurts you, try something different. There is no one single solution. The solution is to do what you enjoy and to do what works for YOU!

As I’ve mentioned before, I love both HIIT and long duration cardio. Incorporating both into my program has worked best for me. It’s up to you to find the right balance for yourself.

Take the time to listen to this 14 minute interview with Kevin Gianni. Then share your experiences with HIIT and long duration cardio. Are you overwhelmed and confused? Did you stop long duration cardio because of all the hype with HIIT?

Share your thoughts and opinions… they truly matter and could have a great impact on many peoples lives.

Also, I recommend that you take the time to visit Kevin Gianni’s blog called Renegade Health…
www.RenegadeHealth.com Kevin loads his blog full of amazing content every day. His videos are fantastic and he truly has your best interests at heart.

He also has a fantastic program that’s all about water. Ya, you know the most vital component to health and well being. It’s definitely worth your while to check this program out. You can learn more about it by visiting…

When people think of fat loss supplements they traditionally think about supplements like caffeine, ephedrine, Hoodia, and all that other crap that can cause serious side effects and mess with your body. What they don’t realize is that there is a healthier and more natural supplement, which is very effective at burning fat and preventing fat from being stored and that is Krill oil and other healthy omega fatty acid supplements.

Recently I interviewed Jayson Hunter, the head of research and development for a very reputable supplement company called Prograde Nutrition. Jayson is also the creator of the Carb Rotation Diet. In this 23 minute interview, Jayson explains how consuming healthy fats like Krill oil can actually prevent you from storing fat and help you burn fat.

Jayson and I also discus how there are no other health benefits to taking the majority of fat burning supplements on the market and this is what makes consuming essential fatty acids a no brainer, because in addition to the fat burning benefits, there are almost an unlimited amount of health benefits to them. I know that I have my dad consume Krill oil for heart health and joint health.

We also talk about how difficult it is to convince people to consume essential fatty acids because of the amount of calories per serving. Jayson and I share how we have been able to persuade our clients into making essential fatty acids and essential part of their nutrition plan.

Jayson also shares the best ways to incorporate healthy fats into your nutrition plan as well as why Krill oil is becoming more popular than flax seed oil.

Enjoy this 23 minute 31 second audio and share your thoughts and questions on the benefits of Krill oil and other essential fatty acids.

Have an absolutely amazing day!
