Recently I was interviewed by Sincere Hogan as a series dedicated to raising money for the victims of Hurricane Ike. Sincere grilled my friend Scott Colby and I on the topic of mindset and motivation and we dished out some great information which I am certain will accelerate your fat loss results.

Creating An Unstoppable Mindset

  • What are some of the biggest obstacles you find your clients
    dealing with in terms of their mindset, when starting a new program?
