Over 8 pounds of ugly unwanted body fat completely obliterated from my body after 14 days on the Every Other Day Diet Extreme Plan. I honestly could not be happier. I lost an additional 1.5 pounds of fat this week and by no means have I been following this program perfectly. That’s the exciting part. To have a few slip ups, not feel like you are dieting at all, always feeling satisfied, and still discard body fat. This totally rocks man!
The Fit Bastard
The first 3/4 of the day went really well for me. I consumed lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and lean protein. Because today is Halloween I decided ahead of time and gave myself permission to eat pizza for dinner and some chocolate for dessert. It’s not my scheduled feed day, but it is for Angie so she was fine.

Neither Angie or myself like to feel restricted with our eating and I know that if I didn’t allow myself to eat some chocolate on Halloween I would have been miserable and I believe it’s a reason why people end up quitting their nutrition program. It’s like the quote that I shared with you from the Every Other Day Diet book the other day about the caged dog syndrome.

I did not feel guilty about this decision at all, especially after taking my measurements and seeing the progress that I have made. I did however feel absolutely lousy after consuming 5 mini Kit-Kat bars. I honestly felt like throwing up for 4 hours before I went to bed. My body appears to really be rejecting a lot of junk lately.
The Every Other Day Diet
This is a huge benefit to the Every Other Day Diet Plan. I am so much more in-tune with my body. I totally notice the increased energy after a healthy meal and that wonderful feeling of being slimmer and comfortable. It is absolutely obvious when I consume dairy, wheat, and most of all junk and how it makes me feel. I never realized how sensitive I was to wheat and dairy before. Now when I consume it, my stomach bloats out immediately. I don’t need a doctor to tell me that I’m experiencing an intolerance or allergic reaction to these things.

I am now associating pain with a lot of junk food and associating great pleasure with eating healthy all natural foods. This alone is a huge step for many people who associate pleasure with the ‘temporary satisfaction’ of eating junk, and pain or the thought of deprivation with eating healthy foods. Eating well is by no means deprivation. I have not once felt deprived while on the Every Other Day Diet Extreme Plan.

Today I took a total day off of physical activity. My body feels like it needs a rest and I’m going to listen to it rather than drive it into the ground.

So for all of you that indulged in some Halloween candy tonight, don’t feel guilty. That one night is not going to interfere with the successful fat loss journey that you’ve embarked on.
