Does The Every Other Day Diet Plan Work?

In my opinion actions speak louder than words. It’s easy for people to say that a diet program is effective, but I like to actually see the results before I believe it. This is what my wife Angie and I are doing for you. We are applying the teachings of The Every Other Day Diet Plan and documenting our journey each and every day. Rather than having us tell you how totally awesome the program is, we want to prove it to you by sharing and showing our results. So just how effective is the Every Other Day Diet Plan?

Both Angie and I have to invest in belts and new cloths because our pants are literally falling off of us. I’ve obliterated 10 pounds of fat from my body in the first month and Angie’s abs are starting to very cut.

Angie and I have put together a video discussing how we’ve optimized the program as well as why Angie hates dieting. We hope that you enjoy it.
The impressive thing is that we really don’t have a lot of weight to lose to begin with. My point is that when you are already pretty lean it is often much more difficult to burn those last remaining 10-20 pounds from your body than it would be for someone who has to burn 100 pounds of fat from their body.

I really didn’t want to post this up because I was ashamed that I temporarily let my business life consume me and my body fell apart.

The best thing about the Every Other Day Diet Plan is that I’m burning pretty darn close to 100% fat as opposed to most diet plans where you would lose mostly water weight and muscle in the first few weeks. I’ve been monitoring this very carefully and I take multiple measurements with calipers and my very expensive bio-electrical-impedance scale. Many times I just give my head a shake when I see the results.
Jon Benson and Janis Hauser have done a tremendous job of creating a diet program that will fit into anyone’s lifestyle. Angie and I give 100% praise to The Every Other Day Diet Plan and recommend it for everyone. But hey, don’t just go based on what we say. Go by our results. Realize that we are no different from you. If we can do it so can you.

You guys look great! What an awesome job! Thank you for posting all of this information. Your pictures are amazing! I bought the EODD book this morning and I just ate my evening salad…strange but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. LOL I’m starting with the Lifestyle plan so I’m interested in seeing what else Angie is eating.

I highly recommend going through the detox phase to give things a great kick start and prepare your body to burn your stored fat.

Began the EEDD two days ago. Overweight from much travel from work but a vet to exercise and dieting. It makes sense and I started the Extreme diet because I really want to get this fat off of me over the next 4 – 6 months. Easy to follow but I am wondering if I am eating enough. I have a tendency to be an extremist. I think I am eating enough protein. I like the fact that the carbs are mostly early in the day and I need to get into eating veggies so that I can feel more full. My goal is 30 pounds. I am 50 so I realize that it is not coming off as fast as it did when I was in my thirties. I set very defined goals and I think that they are realistic as well except we are about to celebrate Thanksgiving in the US this thursday and Christmas season in a few weeks from now. I am planning to be realistic in dealing with both. Take a day off and jump right back on the wagon. I like this plan philosophically because it is something I can live with and travel with. That makes all the difference in the world. Wish me luck. Thanks you guys for your blog.

Angie and I are not here to tell you if the every other day diet works. We are here to show you that it works.
We’ve been following it for a month now with fantastic results. If you are still skeptical, simply continue to follow our journey on the program. We will continue to document our progress daily for a very long time.

Congratulations on taking the steps to aleviate toxins and, as a result, those “pesky” pounds.
With that in mind, I have also found a program which resulted in my losing 13 pounds and two inches off my waist in 9 days!
One gentleman, whom I have met, Peter Oelmann, lost 31 pounds overall along with 7 inches from his waist in 33 days with the same program.

I hear ya on the extremist front. I’m the same way… hence I’m following the Extreme program. Actually if you have followed my journal you will noticed that I’ve had many slip ups.
It’s all good and I don’t feel guilty, mainly because I’m getting great results even with the slip ups.
Enjoy your Thanksgiving meal. Don’t feel guilty afterwards. This is just the beginning of your journey and one day of enjoying some holiday food is not enough to get in the way of you and your goals.
I do recommend that you follow the 7 day detox plan. It really helped get my body primed for burning stored fat.
By the way… age is no obstacle when it comes to burning fat. Most of my clients are in their 50’s and one of them is 87 years old. It sure hasn’t gotten in the way of fat burning for them.

Contest aye, I’m game.
My driving force. Very high blood pressure, family history of cancer, family history of diabetes, and most of all, VANITY. Hey, I’ll be honest. The health benes are very important but as a 50 year old business man, I do not want to look like the majority of my peers. Unfortunately, with travel, I feel like I am heading that way. I have honestly been praying for a eating program that I can take with me as I travel as well as an exercise program that will not be limited to having a fitness club in my hotels. I really believe with EODD as well as beginning with the 8 x 8 program that you outlined on your website will provide both. I want to get back to my 32 inch waist and able to wear any of my present clothes (that I have had to pay through the nose for – ha). They still fit but heck they are getting snugger and snugger. Very uncomfortable!!!!!If your other programs are as good as your recommendation of EODD and 8×8 (I know – 4-6 weeks then rotate), then I would love to win this contest. Plus — sob story- I have two boys in college presently: Can you say — drain of my bank account- ha!!)Anyway, bottomline, I really want to be the guy that other guys my age ask – how do you stay in shape all the time? I want to be the walking, breathing billboard. I want to share the good news with them, but first it must work for me. Boy am I long winded. I want to win. Smile.

Not the most computer saavy so I could not figure out where the link was for the November Contest so I posted it here. Hope that is valid.
My goals. I don’t deal with the scale because I am an endomorph and even when I am “small” I could weigh a lot so I go by the fit of my clothes. Unfortunately, I gain in the thighs ,butt, and if a guy can have them hip area then my stomach(can’t honestly at this point call mine abs!!!!) I will go back and read the detox section of EODD book because of cause being an extremist A type personality, I went directly for the Extreme plan. I will read though it this morning. Detox scares me though because when I hear that I think of limited intake and lots of fiber. Unfair impression so I need to read the section as well as your detox posts.
