After 13 days on the Every Other Day Diet Extreme Plan I am really noticing the benefits that come with following this incredible nutrition system. Today alone I have had 5 people come up to me actually touch my stomach and tell me how great I am looking. I do have many reasons that drive me to achieve the best physique that I possibly can and I have no problem admitting that vanity is one of them…

And I don’t think that I’m alone in this. I mean who doesn’t want to look their absolute best and receive compliments on a daily basis. And then there is the great feeling of feeling attractive and sexy to your partner or even attracting a new mate.
I know I’ve felt a little more friskier in the bedroom since burning body fat on this program. Maybe you didn’t want to hear that, but hey, it’s an amazing benefit. I am absolutely certain that Angie has taken notice of my leaner physique.

There are so many great things that come with taking care of and improving your body. I am noticing new benefits every single day since I’ve been following the Every Other Day Diet Plan.
Today is a day off from weight training, but I went out for a 30 minute bike ride once again. I’m really enjoying myself out in the crisp autumn air. It’s been a great time to clear my head and dream big about my future.
I loaded up on the veggies today and am full of what seems to be limitless energy. High energy is very important to me because it allows me to do the things that I love. I don’t feel like I need to come home and plop myself in front of the T.V. and veg out because I’m exhausted. That just leads to more problems.
I am so happy that I’ve made incredible progress in my vegetable consumption. It’s made a world of difference to my energy and my physique. Plus I never feel bloated when I consume lots of veggies.
It’s forced Angie and I to come up with creative ways to make vegetables exciting to eat. We come up with new ways every day and it’s lots of fun. It’s amazing how easy it is. And don’t tell me that it’s more expensive to eat this healthy. It costs way more to grab a meal from a fast food joint than it does to whip up a healthy chicken salad. I can easily prepare 3 healthy meals for the cost of 1 meal at a fast food restaurant.
I want more than anything for all of you to experience these same feelings and benefits that I have been. It’s absolutely amazing and it’s having a huge impact on my overall life. Most of us really don’t realize how many areas of our lives are impacted by our health, the way we eat, and how much physical activity we do.
I encourage you to embrace this lifestyle and watch your life dramatically change. You deserve this! No go out and make today your best day ever.
