Am I ever glad to be living the Every Other Day Diet Plan lifestyle. I now realize how much eating unhealthy foods makes you feel like absolute crap. After consuming Pizza and 5 mini chocolate bars for Halloween last night it took me nearly all day to recover from it.
The Fit Bastard
I woke up feeling bloated, sick to my stomach, and just hearing my kids mention chocolate made my stomach queezy. I started the day off eating 2 cups of fresh fruit. I couldn’t handle protein because my stomach felt so full and bloated.

I then consumed a large chicken salad 2 hours later and began feeling a little better. I had another chicken salad a few hours later and my energy started coming back and my stomach was not feeling as bloated.

I was a little tired of the salads so Angie came up with a great mixture of veggies which were lightly cooked on the frying pan. This was great because it was something new, different, and tasted wonderful. I had some lean meat along with the veggies and really started feeling great.
The Every Other Day Diet
Finally by the end of the day and living the Every Other Day Diet lifestyle I feel totally amazing. This just makes me want more of this. It makes me realize that junk food is not the reward that I once thought it was. I feel no reward other than the temporary satisfaction that came with placing the chocolate on my tongue. I don’t think that eating those chocolate bars was really what makes Halloween so enjoyable. I can still have fun and enjoy the evening without that crap.

My outlook is really changing in regards to depriving myself of these treats on special occasions. I do believe that next year I will not feel deprived if I don’t eat several chocolate bars because I see what it does to my body and energy. I don’t enjoy feeling sick to my stomach, especially when it’s self induced.

I took today off of physical activity not just because I felt crappy, but because my muscles were still a little sore. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s workout and getting back at it after 2 days with no activities and 3 days without weights.

If you are hesitant to begin eating healthy natural foods and reduce the amount of refined man made crap that you are putting into your body, you have no idea at how much more enjoyable life is without the junk. You have no idea at how your entire life will change. For whatever reason you are continuing to pollute your body, I encourage you to stop. It may not be easy at first, but the rewards come quick and are absolutely obvious. This is what you deserve and what your body deserves.

My body is really starting to change now so I will try to take a picture in the next day or two and post it up. I’ll also get a picture of Angie up here so you can see the definition in her six pack abs. I hope that this will be an inspiration to you.

If there is anything else that I can do to inspire you please do not hesitate to let me know. I want to do anything that I can in order to drive you towards living this lifestyle. This is what you deserve.
