Hello! I am doing really well with the Every Other Day Diet Plan! I feel energized and not deprived one bit! I actually feel that I’m eating too much of what I want. Isn’t a ‘diet’ plan suppose to feel like someone else is dictating what I eat? Seriously I don’t feel deprived at all. Which is a good feeling

I went for a fast-paced 30 minute bike ride. Today was my cardio day. I came home and had some egg whites with spinach and some cut up raw vegetables.
Later in the day I had to bring the kids to the mall and we ended up at McDonald’s…gee how did that happen? Lol… Anyway, I was sooooo tempted to get a hot fudge sundae and then I quickly envisioned the body that I want and I order a grilled chicken wrap. I was quite proud of myself. I just wanted to share that with all of you. Oh, and the wrap was satisfying! I didn’t think it would taste as well as it did.
I was so tired today, my daughter was up through the night so I had an early night to bed. I missed my ‘detox’ meal…I fell asleep at about 9pm. I never do this! I guess I really needed it.
