Fat Loss Motivation For 2010

The most frequently asked questions that I receive about fat loss revolve around lack of motivation. The thought of a hot new diet or workout program can be more enticing, but the bottom line is… if you can’t stick with the program it’s not any good to you no matter how effective it is.
As the banner states in the header graphic at the top of this blog, “Empower Your Mind and Your Body Will Follow“. In my humble opinion mindset is everything. It will make or break any program that you follow.
I’m committed to keeping your motivation high in 2010 and helping you develop an unstoppable mindset that will have you exceeding your goals and expectations with each year to come.
To give you a jump start I have two FREE reports to share with you…
FREE Fat Loss Motivation Reports
The Unstoppable Fat Loss Motivation Report (more like a book than a report. Packed with great info to help you overcome obstacles and develop an Unstoppable Mindset)
Top 10 Fat Loss Secrets (quick read)
I’ve also included a short 18 minute audio for you at the bottom of this post that is absolutely jam packed with incredible fat loss motivation tips.
It’s an interview that I did with Tom Venuto last year on the topic of beliefs. Believe It Or Not… believing that you will actually achieve your fat loss goals can be a very difficult task for many people.
Do you believe that you will achieve your fitness and life goals in 2010?
You can download the audio in mp3 format and play it any where that you wish. While you walk, while you drive, or while you are preparing a healthy meal.
I’d love to hear your feedback on the free fat loss motivation reports as well as the audio. Even if you’ve read them before or have listened to the audio, take this opportunity to go over the material again to refresh your memory. Reading through a second time may just be the ticket to making the information stick. I know that I’ve read some of my favorite fitness books at least a dozen times.
I’m looking forward to hearing your feedback and looking even more forward to exceeding your expectations in 2010 by delivering high quality content in a fun and exciting way.

I think you are both great people.
Thank you for your motivation.
Dear Scott,
Many thanks for sharing the reports. Movitation is very crucial to achieve anything in life…a few days back I just figured out that I needed more confidence to lift myself up. Just routine workouts alone wont do. I have to believe that I can achieve it…which isnt really that easy to believe. The humand mind/mood fluctuates like crazy and to maintain high confidence with so many things going on in life…it gets difficult to stay upbeat. I really do hope the report will help me to look at life and all the challenges it brings along with a more positive mindset/attitude.
Thanks Nell, Gail, and Zak for your feedback.
Zak, you are soooo right! we all experience ups and downs and fluxuations with our moods. There I times when I just want to loaf on the couch, watch movies, and play video games for a week.
The important thing is to give yourself permission to do those things. To take a break. To allow yourself to feel down. It’s all OK. There’s no need to beat yourself up over it. As long as you get back on your horse after the short break and focus on the next step to improve your health and life.
Many positives can come from down times. Embrace them.

Scott,
Many thanks for all this information. Also I’d like to tell you that I’m very excited to see what you are preparing for this blog this year. I’m sure that as usual you’ll blow us away with great content and support.
Thank you for always keeping it real and helping me see that it can be done.
Dear Scott,
I have read the Fat Loss Quickie Motivational Report before, but somehow the info did not sink in, or it did not even reach me. Yeah right, reading such things while writing your thesis never leads anywhere. Now that I began reading your book again the info is more powerful. All right, I am off to exercise
