The best thing about reaching our goal of achieving 6 pack abs is that Angie and I get to move on to new exciting challenges to improve the appearance of our physique. Angie’s next challenge is to develop a firm butt and tighten up her thighs. My next challenge is to put on some muscle in 28 days.

It was incredibly rewarding to hear how Angie and I inspired you by sharing our journey to 6 pack abs. This time we would love you to be a participant in the journey rather than simply observing our success.

To spark some motivation in you and help you TAKE ACTION, we have created 2 challenges. For the women, it’s the 6 Week Firm Butt Challenge. For the men it’s the 28 day Muscle Explosion Challenge. Here’s some details…

Firm Butt Challenge

You’ve probably heard that there is no such thing as spot reducing, and to a degree that is certainly true. But when you have the right workout program you can dramatically improve one specific area of your body. When it comes to developing a firm butt and tight thighs, there is no better program out there than Nick Nilsson’s “Gluteus To The Maximus“.

This is the exact program that I have been using for several years now to help all my female clients sculpt the sexy legs and butt that they desire. Nick is incredibly creative with his exercises. You’ll never get bored. And there’s different intensity levels and workouts based on your goals.

The actual Firm Butt 6 week Challenge will begin on June 2nd and end July 13th. Muscle Explosion Challenge

I have chosen to follow Nick Nilsson’s “Muscle Explosion” program which was an easy decision to make. Summer is nearly here and the idea of slamming muscle on my body in 28 days is very appealing. How much muscle do you think is possible to put on in 28 days?

The actual Muscle Explosion 28 Day Mass Building Challenge will begin on June 2nd and end June 29th. To enter the contest all that you have to do is follow Nick Nilsson’s Muscle Explosion program along with me during the 28 days, submit a before picture just prior to June 2nd, and then your after picture on June 30th.

During these 3 weeks leading up to the challenge I will be doing quick little interviews with Nick, asking him some important questions about his Gluteus To The Maximus program and his Muscle Explosion Program. Angie and I have been reading through his programs this week in preparation for each challenge.
