Hi everyone! Today marks the day that I ‘get back on track’ with my eating and workouts. I’m so excited because I FEEL ready! I know that I can still tone up and achieve remarkable fat loss through getting my mind in the right place.

The Fit Chic
Last night I put my food journal on the kitchen counter so that it will be ready for me to jot my meals in. Something different I did was journal on the bottom of the same page about how I will feel when I begin to eat totally clean and wholesome again. I mentioned how energized I will feel. Also, how much more I will get accomplished throughout the day because my mind will be more clear. When you feed your body great foods, the benefits are felt in all aspects of the body, such as the mind. I did this journaling just before bed. This is a good time to write down your thoughts because the conscious part of your mind is more relaxed and clear.

I have also taken these past two weeks to clear my mind and establish the ‘WHY’ behind my next set of goals. To get myself in a positive frame of mind, I have been listening to

the Unstoppable Fat Loss Audio series. I always feel so pumped up after listening to one of the 21 interviews. I feel so much more powerful, aware, and in a position to manage my thoughts. This has helped me tremendously to put the next phase of my journey into perspective! My goal: is to get more toned in my thighs and more muscle definition throughout my body-especially my legs. I will be incorporating Nick Nilsson’s Gluteus to the Maximus program. I will be journaling my progress to you.

I began my day at 6:15. I heard the alarm go and literally sat up in bed. I saw my workout clothes and already had my ‘plan’ in place the night before. This is the key. Have a plan. I had a glass of water and hopped on the stationary bike for about 20 minutes. I love getting my cardio done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It feels fantastic to me. Then I had my eggs for breakfast. An awesome start to the day! The kids awoke at 7…so the ‘chaos’ begins! However, it’s much more easier to manage the ‘busyness’ when you have already been up yourself, worked out, and have eaten!

Later in the day I will do my ‘Giant Sets’ from the Fit Chic Year of Workouts…cannot wait for that! 20 minutes of intensity-it’s fabulous!

Have a great day!

Cheers to health,

Angie
