I have good news! Myleg and butt pain is finally giving me some relief today! I was really hurtin’ yesterday. Today’s workout was another awesome one. As some of you already know I am following Nick Nilsson’s ‘Gluteus to the Maximus‘ program. I am doing the 10 minute advanced home workouts. I did two leg exercises today. I am incorporating Nick’s program into the Fit Chic program that I’ve been following for over a year. I am really confident that I’ll reach amazing goals using this unique combination. My workouts are only a total of 20 minutes long and I do them 3X/week.

What I’m really enjoying about Nick’s program is that it totally focuses on the area that I need to tone up. My butt and thighs. Especially the back of my thighs where I tend to carry some cellulite. His program is quick and to the point. What I mean is that I really want to get more muscle definition in my thighs and I am confident that his layout will jump start my progress. His leg workouts are killer! There are a lot of exercises in his program that I have never done before so it’s a nice, fresh start for me. It’s always great to learn new exercises.

Since my legs had recovered today from Monday’s workout, I went for a jog in the morning. I only had some water and an apple before my jog so I came home and had my oatmeal mixed with berries and protein powder. This is a great post workout meal.

This journey has only just begin…I can only imagine how tight our butts and thighs will feel in the next few weeks!! Whoo hooo!!!!
