Hearty Beef Barley Soup

If you are like me and want a healthy and quick meal idea…this one is for you! Especially on a cold, windy day this soup will warm up your bones AND give you a lot of ENERGY to get your workout in! Enjoy!

Thanks for the recipe I just had a few suggestions.
First to get all the tomato sauce from the tins it is a great idea to pour the tomatos in before the water then pour the water into the tins and then into the crock pot/saucepan. Continue until all tomato is gone from inside tin or until you have used the total amount of required water.
Also it would be great if you could type out the recipe (Ingredient amounts and cooking instructions) underneath the video. Take care and have a great day. Cindy (Sydney, Australia)
Sounds like a great and quick way to prepare soup so it is ready for dinner. I agree with the other post, would be terrific if you could put the recipe on the site under the video.
I can figure out most of the ingredient amounts, EXCEPT the barley… and the beef, although I am guessing a pound. Would like to make this, is the recipe written somewhere?
