One of the most desired fitness goals is to achieve a flat stomach or six pack abs. It’s true, abs are made in the kitchen, but you also need to work them properly in order to sculpt the physique that you deserve.
The video below was recorded for a home office fitness challenge that I created to help my fellow work at home moms and dads incorporate fitness into their busy work days. I thought that you would enjoy this abs workout as well.
Abs Workout At Home
Here are the exercises in this at home abs workout:
1) Side Plank
2) Plank with Side Crunch
3) 1 Dumbbell Twist
4) Stability Ball Sit Ups
5) Jackknife
6) Butt Ups with a Twist
7) Shoulder Lifts
Reverse Crunch
9) Ball Pass
10) Pelvic Tilt
Perform 10 reps for each of the above exercises. If you don’t take any rest between exercises you should be able to complete this abs workout in less than 9 minutes. Yep, it’s a quickie
In most cases I only train my abs twice per week at most. On occasion I will over-train them for a week just to shock the heck out of them.
If you are serious about sculpting a tighter tummy you will need to clean up your eating habits and adopt a more active lifestyle overall, especially if you want to maintain a flat stomach for the long term.
Enjoy the workout! As usual, your comments and feedback are greatly appreciated.
You ROCK!

This video has some really great moves and doesn’t take alot of time to do. Looking forward to getting on this one (just cause the knee is out doesn’t mean I can’t rock my abs right?)
Thanks
Tried to watch this video and it only downloaded with nothing else happening. What’s up?
You GOT IT Cat! That’s the right kind of mindset to have for sure.
Dave, I’m assuming the video didn’t upload because too many people were trying to watch it at the same time. I experienced the same thing for a few minutes but after refreshing my page the video is now playing for me as it was early before I sent an email to all the Unstoppable Fat Loss subscribers.
could you send me the link for the heel slides from the other home office routine so I can combine then with the pelvic tilt.Thanks.
Hi Scott I just wanted to say that you ROCK!!
Cant wait to do this exercise..I feel my abs burning just by watching the videos : ). I’m starting to incorporate some cardio into my gym routine. So I was wondering to get abs is the main concentration on eating? or cardio(intense interval running) for fat loss?
Many thanks
Kesh
Hey Scott,
Happy New Year and all the best in 2010 to you and your family.I don’t know whether you are going to go this year on cruise.Either way would be a good idea to make all the participating people on this website to meet one day maybe.
Well to come back to the issue. This exercise is not bad why am I saying that is because I have seen quite a few since I start training like crazy.More or less everbody is trying tio give the best solution in terms of maximizing results and minimizing time waste.Whoever will achieve it first will win.
Like in the gladiators arena: May the best win.
This workout I find it good from the following reasons:
1) Efficacity “A”
2) Time “A”
3) Instructions “A”
Personal Opinion:
I think you should explain and give a better structure or a guidance/training=9 x abs / 1.30min break than 9 x … and so on until the superset is finished.
Most of the people who are trying to do this are lacking knowledge of the general tendency of fitness science and mostly also lacking a certain disciplin or maybe just the imagination to creat a program.
Otherwise than that I have to say:
The time you take to bring all this out there on the internet and to the people who really needed is amazing.
So Scott I have two words to say:
YOU ROCK!
Your tips are wonderful! Easy and to the point! I will start these right away! You are a true inspiration! Happy New Year to you and your lovely family!
Tried the quicky ab routine before my cardio today and it rocked. Actually had a tough time with the but ups and twist but otherwise a great little ab workout. Thanks I’ll throw that into my bag of tricks and use it once or twice a week and let you know how it helps.
Dave
Thank you so much for this video! I can’t wait to do this tomorrow! This is so perfect because you can do it at home, it’s quick, and, it’s workable!I can do this!!!! Love it already! I am going to check you out on Facebook and add you to my page, and add the link so everyone can benefit! How cool is that!!! Thanks again Scott!
Excellent. I will try to download this to my phone and give it a go in the gym later.
I love this video/home abs routine Scott! You can really work it as hard as you need to and get a GREAT intense abs workout! It doesn’t take long at all to do, so there is no excuse not to throw it in every day, even on a non-workout day. I find myself wasting time, wondering “gee what should I do for my abs?” Thanks for doing the thinking for me – Love it!
