Sept 29th I turn 33 years old and to celebrate I’m going to reward 3 women and 3 men with the Unstoppable Fat Loss Ultimate Package. The winners will be selected by the amount of passion, clarity, and drive that they have toward achieving their fat loss goals. There’s no better way to determine how serious you are about sculpting the body that you deserve, than writing out your mission statement.
The most successful people that I’ve come across have all written out their mission statements. If you have been brushing off this powerful motivation strategy, the Unstoppable Fat Loss Birthday Contest will give you the kick in the butt to finally put it into action.
To enter the Unstoppable Fat Loss Birthday Contest all you have to do is share your mission statement with us in the comment box below. But I don’t want it to be some broad mission statement. I want to hear what your mission is in the next 21 days.
Don’t be afraid to dream big and write a bold mission statement. Allow me to kick things off with my personal mission statement for the next 21 days.
Scott Tousignant’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…
Today is October 15th and I am totally fired up to share the exciting news that I have melted 2% body fat from my physique! The hard work and dedication to living an unstoppable lifestyle in optimum health has paid off big time.
These past 21 days have brought me much closer to my long term goal of achieving 4% body fat by January 8th 2009 when I will be enjoying a Caribbean Cruise with Angie and many of my Unstoppable Fat Loss friends.
It has been the constant reminder of my ultimate goal or destiny of reversing the obesity trend that has inspired me to take action each and every day. I want to leave a legacy of helping millions of people transform their body and live in optimal health. Being a positive role model is the best tool in helping me fulfill my life’s purpose.
Today, my pants are much looser and Angie has been taking notice of the new definition in my abs. I suspect that this could be part of the reason for the new spark in our relationship. I feel sexy and Angie lets me know I’m sexy too.
My kids Shayne and Noelle keep flexing their muscles and have been grabbing for more fruit and veggies since they have been seeing me eating them constantly throughout the day. They love the fact that their mom and dad run around the yard and play games with them all the time.
It’s been the small improvements each and every day that have made the difference. I haven’t been striving for perfection, I have just been aiming to become better today than I was yesterday.
I’m loving life, I love my family, I love my friends, and I love myself. What more could I ask for?
So there you go. That’s my mission statement for the next 21 days. What’s yours?
Start your comment off below with the sentence: {your name}’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…
I will select 3 women and 3 men as the winners of my Unstoppable Fat Loss Ultimate Package. If you already own Unstoppable Fat Loss I will do a 1 hour phone consultation with you to take your fat loss success to the next level.
Let me hear those mission statements. Don’t hold back!
Scott Tousignant

I promise to make a small improvements each day to make me a more healthy person. I hope by doing that i will be able to inspire more people to do the same. My goal is to get leaner and fit. Set a example for my kids to follow… so that if Dad can do it…. so can they.
Thanks
Paul
In the next 21 days, I will change my body metabolism by drinking more water, eating good carbs, upping my protein content to feed my muscles. I will exercise a minumum of 6 hours per week with the following plan- 2 spin classes, weight lifting (upper, lower body alternate days) and one other class. I will dig in my garden and begin getting it ready for the upcoming rainy season.
Thanks for the comments Paul and Roberta. All great action.
What I would like from you is to begin your comments like this:
Roberta’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…
… and then share your mission statement for the next 21 days. Roberta, I love how you were totally specific with the actions that need to take place in order for you to achieve your mission in the next 21 days.
…but when it comes to a mission statement you should try to be more specific with the outcome. “I will change my metabolism” is not very specific and it doesn’t really excite me. Now what will increasing your metabolism do for you in the next 21 days? Will you go down a pant size? Will you burn a percentage of body fat? Will you fit into the bathing suit that you always wanted?
How will your life change in the next 21 days when you achieve your mission?
You need to get as fired up about this 21 day mission as you do your ultimate long term mission.
Lets see some more passion!
Remember start off your comment stating your name and follow it with “mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…”
Writing out your mission statement is a powerful strategy. Take your time and stir up all the emotions that will give you no choice but to achieve it.
Celine Akkary’s mission statement to achieve fat loss is…
It’s been a year since I’ve started my body sculpting program, I have fallen off the wagon so many times, gotten back up, worked on my routine & diet again & back off the wagon etc…
I’ve been going through a divorce over the past two years & needless to say now is the time when I really need to look good so feel good about myself…
My mission statement for fat loss is staying motivated, sticking to my diet on those days when tuna on a bed lettuce doesn’t seem like a rewarding treat at the end of a stressful day & most of all learning to love and help myself!
I will not eat any cheat meals or added sugar over the next 21 days as I am already low body fat @ 9% but have never acheived solid six pack abs. In 2001 I weighed 300 pounds, i now weigh 195. My scale weight is not important, only the chisled midsection I’ve been working so hard to acheive. The reason is need to acheive this goal is because i sing in a rock band and just want to be 100% comfortable taking off my shirt on stage.
Thanks Scott!
I challenge myself to be able to go one step up in my exercise regime and also incorporate more stuff of what i read about fitness. In the next 21 days i will set a routine which i will stick to and also chart out a diet suitable for me and my way of life. I will try to be more focussed about my work and live a more intense life,i will most importanly change my mindset about things i know i think wrong.I will keep a positive attitute and try to make a difference in my own life and the lives of people around me. My success will be the best way to preach to the people i care
Sarah’s mission statement to achieve unstoppable Fat Loss is to give 100% to this program! I will no longer whine that I can’t do it because “I’m 50 now” or “I’m in menopause” or “I had cancer”…beat it-but had it and it affected my metabolism excuse, or “I don’t have the time”…No more excuses!!! No more procrastinating! No more whining! It can be done and I can do it! This is my time to move out of the rut, to move forward, to get healthy, to shine…and most importantly to set an example for my niece and nephews and future generations to know they can do anything if they really put their heart, mind and soul into it…and have lots of epsom salts close by!
Thanks for the inspiration Scott!
my mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is so that when I look in the mirror I am really happy to see what I see. I want to be able to get rid of this stubborn midsection that I have tried so hard to shift, I want to looses an inch and half round my tummy and gain deffinition in my muscles.
My mission is to lower by body fat percentage by putting me first!! Focus on drinking water and not putting off to tomorrow what I can do for myself today. I deserve it!! Thanks & Happy Birthday!!!
Chriss’s Mission statement to recieve unstoppable fatloss is: I love myself today, a little more than yesterday. I set an example for my family and loved ones every day, hour, minute and second by making healthy eating and activity choices. I practice what I preach. I find the positive aspect of every situation, and use it in any situation to become stronger, more patient, and more understanding. The days that I don’t have time to workout are the days that I need to the most. I am worthwhile, motivated, and deticated to being in optimal health through healthy eating, strength training and cardio exercise. I become a better person, mother, wife, and caregiver each and every time I put myself first and look after my needs. I love the life I am creating and the body I am doing it in. My body is loving me back when I eat good clean food, do weight training, and cardio. I love having more energy to do the things that really matter to my kids, playing with them, creating with them, teaching them how to love themselves. My clothes are looser, better fitting, and my husband is really appreciating my figure and how strong I am, in mind and body. I embrace the challenge of working towards optimal health and this is a never ending journey. I will continue to become a better me.
Today is October 15 2008 and I enjoyed getting up and running 5 miles through the crisp cool morning. I stepped on the scale I saw that I have achieved my goal of losing 10 lbs since my birthday September 23. This brings me another step closer to my ultimate goal of 120 and 18% body fat by November 1, 2008. I am now able to easily zip up my size 6 jeans and feel contagiously happy as I set out my size 4s as my next “goal pants”.
I started a marathon training group, which is going GREAT, and I am thrilled when my participants ask me what I am doing to achieve such unstoppable results! I put together a web page with links to my favorite health and fitness pages and made that page readily available to any and all. I love when my children tell me they like eating healthy foods and appreciate that I have delicious foods available for them to eat whenever they want.
I feel so empowered by going to the gym 5 days a week and lifting a body part each day. I get a huge kick out of seeing the veins in my arms stand out when I exert myself. My mile time has improved from 10:30 to 10:15 – closer and closer to 9:00, which is the mile-time I need to qualify for Boston. My M-W-F spinning classes are so much a part of my life that it will be hard to skip them in favor of going skiing after work once the snow falls. This year skiing will be so much more fun because my legs and back are in AWESOME condition!! I have already registered for the May 3,2009 Pittsburgh Marathon citing my finish time of 4:15, only 15 minutes short of the 4:00 time I need to qualify for Boston. As soon as registration opens for the July 19, 2009 Musselman Half Ironman distance triathlon in November, I will be signing up for that as well.
Next year I will be reaping the fruits of my labors of today . . . it’s absolutely fantastic and I am SO READY – BRING IT ON!!
As a student of university it is quite difficult to find time, but my mission is to make time and balance fitness with mentality to accomplish an overall balance. The key to life success is to maintain a healthy overall balance, and I will not only make the steps, but make a habit of it; not just a one year or two year habit, but a life-long commitment.
Hi my name is Joyce my mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss. I need to loose the weight and fat currently at 41% uggh! I have lost weight but still had a high fat percentage. Want to get rid of belly fat. Will do exercise 5 days a week and cut out sugar! Need a good system to help me get started. I’m 53 so no squats please! My knees can’t take it. I did the high impact aerobics when I was young and can’t do that stuff anymore. I have a recumbent bike, a eliptical trainer and a treadmill. I also have a boxflex that has been collecting dust. Help me out, thanks!
My 28th birthday is September 30th. I’ve spent my entire life playing the role of the witty, chubby best friend. As i move into a New Year of life and a New Chapter, I commit myself to being THE LEADING LADY of my life. I’ve lost 90lbs on my own and i have 20 more to go. I know that with the program I WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE…
As a professional who sits behind a desk all day, It easy to loose focus on health and fitness, but I have set my mind and goals on being the best both Physically and mentally that I can be. There are many things in life that we can’t control but I know that I can control how I treat my body. Today is the day I start to reach my on personal fitness goal.
I am 49 years old. I recently had a health screening and found out my bodyfat was 19.5%. I was really embarassed, because I have always been active, but let myself go due to an injury. My blood pressure was 143/95, and they said I should go to the doctor right away. I did not. I was afraid he’d put me on blood pressure pills. I decided to fix it on my own. I began to make better choices with meals and started doing interval training 5 days per week. My blood pressure is already down to 133/88, so I know I’m on the right track. My short-term goal is to be at 12% bodyfat by the time I go for my yearly physical in mid-October. I will turn 50 in May and my goal for then is to be below 8% bodyfat. I want to get a picture with my kids with my shirt off on my 50th birthday and be completely ripped! Not only for me, but as an example for them as well. They will see the kinds of foods I will eat to achieve and maintain a perfect physique and how hard I will be working out to keep myself in prime shape. Maybe this is the best gift of all I could give my self and my kids for my 50th birthday.
Dennis’ mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is..
Today is October 15th and I’m proud to be able to give myself a well deserved pat on the back. I have lost another 7lbs, I have made every scheduled workout, I have stuck to my eating plan, and I’m am truly on the road to recovery from a major injury. I am back in the game of life, because I put myself back in the game, and it feels damn good.
My kids are proud of me as well. For a long time it wasn’t looking like their Dad was going to be their ‘Old Dad’ again….but they are learning to never quit on themselves…and they are learning that lesson from me….the ‘New/Old Dad’ is making a comeback this year, and it really shows.
My wife also got more of her old husband back during the last 21 days. Not only in a physical way, but in psychological way as well. She stood by my side during the tough times, and it is great to see her smile that smile again. She can see the progress I am making, and it has inspired her to join me. My wife has now set her own fitness goals for the next 8 weeks. And I will be there to support her at every workout, and help her with her diet, as I did pre injury.
The ripple effect of me kicking my own butt is taking place in my family, we have spring in our step, and we are all eating healthy 85% of the time. More of my friends have also noticed my progress.…and they are now on the fitness band wagon as well.
During the last 21 days I have worked to not only inspire my family and friends, but I’ve worked to inspire people that I don’t even know by keeping up a public blog and charting my progress….I’m letting people know that if I can do it so can they….and I’m letting them know that I support them fully in taking that next step towards improving themselves one step at a time.
This past 21 days has brought me closer to my long term goal of reaching my post injury potential. And to continue my progress I will weigh in another 14 pounds lighter on 12/31/08. I will lose another 14 pounds of body fat while training hard enough to possibly not only preserve, but gain muscle, attempting to attain that hard to reach level of performance.
Pre injury I used fitness as a way to supplement my job, and my active lifestyle. During my comeback this year I have not only found out that fitness is a much needed way of life for me….fitness will be my future.
Hi, Scott! Happy birthday!
My mission for the next 21 days is: I wiil concentrate on preparing myself healthy nutricious meals and my work out programme – elliptical 5x a week and pilates 2x a week. I will start today and I will not put it off till tomorrow. I’ve started seeing some great results from my workout and new eaing regime some weeks ago (and so did some people around me) but as cold days set in in September I again started looking for junk food… It is really helpful to get an e-mail from you from time to time to knock on my consciousness… And I really need “a kick in the but at the moment”.
I wish you all the best and have a nice trip in Carribean with your wife, kids and friends.
My mission statement for the next 21 days is to follow the diet plan and free workout plan from the Fit Chic. I have 4 weeks to go on the fit chic workout plan and really, really, like it. It’s simple, quick, and gives results. I would really like to win the full year plan which takes away the guess work of what to do.
In addition to following the workout plan, I promise to drink water, eat 5 meals a day, get up early and go to bed early, and eliminate the distractions that keep me from achieving my goal of losing body fat. My biggest challenge has been eliminating the sugar from my diet. I can and will eliminate all sugar from my diet for the next 21 days.
In it, to win it!
I’m an 18 year old female who is 5′4 and 140 pounds trying to accomplish my goal of 120 pounds before I turn 19 in 44 days. I have been running for my cardio but I have so many responsabilities I go to school, come home and have chores around the house like a little cinderella and I’m way behind in school. But I still try too find time to run and workout. I really want too get on this weightloss issue before I get older because Im really causiouse about my looks and I have always dreamed of being a milf not one of those big moms I want to be in shape and be able to take my childeren out for fun activities.
Melissa’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…
… I will lose at least 1 inch off my waistline in the next 21 days. I’ve done pretty well lately, and most of what i have lest is stubborn belly fat, and it will go! To accomplish this, I will workout 6 mornings/week and 6 evenings per week. I will do both strength training and cardio each day, with my goal to burn 400cals/day. I will keep my eating healthy by making clean food choices, keeping my calories in a good range (for me 1400-1800/day), and staying away from white carbs always, and any carbs in the evenings. My mission is more important than the short term feeling that bad-for-me foods give me, because I will look and feel healthier, have better management over my blood sugar, and be a role-model for my mother who is again, and always, trying, and failing, to lose weight, and for my husband who is always looking for excuses to “cheat” on being healthy, especially since I would like both of them around and healthy for years to come.
manny’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…

Happy Birthdat Scott!!
My mission for the next 21 days is to get Angie’s abs. Since I was 15 years old I have been working out but my results have been poor. I sure will like to have those abs and I am willing to do work out harder than I am use to. But you mission, Scott, is to turn this old body into a fast lean unstoppable machine. I have had health issues but nothing stops me from going to the gym at 5 am…if only I could get the results I want I will be greatfull….please help!!!!!
My mission statement for the next 21 days is to wake up, pay attention to all the good things around me that I can still do and make a committment to begin walking, using the fitness gym in my family room and most importantly, TAKE THE TIME I DESERVE to prepare meals which my body will welcome and nourish me rather than the quick junk which seems always within a hand’s reach. The first way I will do that is to plan, shop, prepare and have healthy foods on hand and exercise properly again, beginning gradually and building, building, building. You see, I am going to be 60 on Halloween and want more than anything else to feel better, have more energy, respect that my body can come back to life if I listen to your guidance pay attention to the advice you offer, Scott. It is my heart’s desire, and that of my husband, kids (40, 34 & 29)and 5 grandkids (14,13,11,3-1/2 & 3 weeks) to be in better mental(brain fog)and physical health by Oct 31st than I have been for the past several years. Our daughter and new 3 week old grandbaby is living with us and the thought of playing with him as I did with my children moves me to places I forgot existed. I wouldn’t feed him sugar, why do I eat it? I wouldn’t feed him zero nutrition based foods, why do I settle for it? My kids were all raised on organic, health food and now I have the desire to get back to it before it is too late. The best walking path in the world is just outside my front door where nature abounds ~ deer, turkey, fox and unbelievablely beautiful bluffs. With your help, I’m ready to listen, work and shock everyone as I turn 60 and not be ashamed to be on a Caribbean Cruise! Happy Birthdday to you too, Scott.
After having heard four people in five days make cracks about my pot belly, my mission is to lose 15-20 pounds of fat and get into the shape I was in at the beginning of summer. I worked out 5-6 days per week doing cardio exercise, resistance training and running from the first day of spring to the first day of summer. I expected to be active enough in the summer to stay in shape but the celebration of Minnesota summer, which includes a lot of bad food, got the best of me. Now it’s time to turn it around. I am ready to change my lifestyle so the next comments I hear will be positive. It would be great to be able to turn heads when I turn 49 in December.
Janet Darbeys mission statement to achieve unstoppable fat loss is to compete in European bodybuilding contests next year. On 11th October of this year I will be competing in my first bodybuilding contest for 23 years at the age of 53.
I set out in the New year to lose some fat off my body and not to be fat and fifty three on my birthday. I celebrated my birthday last sunday, a full 55 pounds lighter and a whole lot more muscular. Watch this space!
Joko’s mission statement is that in the next 21 days I will achieve the vision I have of my body beeing slim, firm, healthy and filled with energy. I am stopping with all the silly old excuses, oh just one glass of wine won’t hurt, oh, challah for breakfast is fine, I’ll burn it off during the day, oh I won’t exercise today, the scale didn’t read too badly, oh I’m too tired,….. Boooooooring!!!! AND a thing of the past.
I am continuing to focus on my 4 month old business, inspire the people working with me and lead as a leader, with love, support and integrity. By giving to others, by inspiring others I am uplifted!
Here’s to the new me!

Beth’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat loss is…For the past 21 days I have been consistent in my routines at the gym, (including my body pump classes, yoga, aqua-fit, and spinning) and have added two 10 minute mini sets to my work day. I am starting to see increased definition in my shoulders, arms, back, thighs and butt. My clothes are fitting so loosely that I am ready to buy the next size down. There is a spring in my step and my confidence is running high when I meet new people.
I am so pumped by the physical results that I have achieved that I have managed to nearly complete my ebook. I have made a bunch of jewelry, to get some money coming in and have a date planned for a pre-holiday sale. I have watched my mind movie at least three times a day, and as a result I am now easily able to redirect my thoughts to a more positive spin when I feel afraid. I am feeling sexy, vibrant, and alive. My boyfriend is coming to visit on the 16th, which is just a couple of days from now and I know he too will notice my results.
I have so much more energy, I am sleeping better, and everyday I am excited to see what new possibilities are coming my way. It has been a long long journey but the end of this part is at last finally in sight and I for one can not wait to see what is coming next. Who knows maybe I will lead a drumming circle on the cruise in January!!!!

Marylin Sanchez’ mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is ..
Today is October 15, 2008 and I am so stoked/excited to be able to show my family and friends that since I have melted over 2.5% of my body fat without losing any muscle, it has actually not only given me more energy but it has helped me with my bellydancing tremendously. That my quest for living an unstoppable life for not only my health and my physique, but also my spirit has paid off.
All my hard work and dedication for the past 21 days has paid off tremendously. It’s bringing me closer to my following goals:
- First goal is to shed as much body fat as possible to look the best I can be by November 18, 2008 where I will be going to surprise my daughter in California for her birthday and she can see the mom that she used to see
-Second goal is to shed even more body fat and be at my most healthiest and energetic for my bellydance performance that I am giving in December 2009 in Miami, FL
- My ultimate goal is to shed the last of my extra 100 lbs by January 2, 2009 and be back to where I was, where I will treat myself to a day of a nice dinner, a nice opera or theatrical performance, and finishing the night with some dancing in my little black dress
I want to be the best role model for not only my family and friends but everyone in the world by showing them if I can do it they can. If I can not only change my way of life, my way of eating, go back to my way of exercising and making it part of my life again, and my way of thinking more positively and letting go of the negativity of the past, anyone can. Change is possible IF you want it enough, IF you work hard enough and dedicate yourself to it, anything is possible. I AM the next success story that everyone is hearing about.
My dresses and skirts are feeling looser. I actually got to go shopping for a new pair of SMALLER jeans. I am loving life more than I ever had. I found peace within myself. I love myself, I love my family and I love the world again.
Watch out world cause here comes the next world’s best, healthiest, fittest bellydancer!!
How’s that Scott.
Marylin Sanchez,
Coconut Grove, FL
Siân’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is… I am thrilled as I have just qualified as a teacher and started my new job. Over the next 21 days I will ensure that I drink 2 litres of water every day, this will increase my metabolism and help to ensure my vocal cords remain in good health (vital for a teacher). I will ensure that I eat regularly at break time, lunch time and before I leave for the long drive home. Although I always have breakfast I often don’t stop to eat until much too late in the day when I am at work. I owe it to myself and my pupils to ensure that my body is well fuelled giving me the energy I need to deliver energetic and exciting lessons. I love my job and I want to be the best at it I can be. Although I have been losing weight, as I am now constantly on the move I want to ensure I lose fat and build muscle. To do this I will need to eat less refined carbohydrates and more lean protein. I will also do 3 hours of exercise including strength training each week. I often complain I don’t have time. I know that doing this exercise will give me more energy, help me to relax, relieve stress and help me sleep better, which will make me more productive. I know if I do this for 21 days I will feel more energetic, more alive, and more vital and be a step closer to my goal of losing 3 stone of fat and gaining 1 stone of muscle over the next 2 years. I will be one step closer to achieving my goal of being able to do a pull up. And finally, one step closer to looking sizzling in a bikini. At 30 (2 years time) I intend to be the healthiest, fittest and sexiest I have been in my life.
Jeremy Dubay’s mission statement to achieve fat loss is…
With all my travel I have been eating more lean meats and vegetables as opposed to fast food. Often with travel meetings, alcohol is involved and I have eliminated that because I do not need those empty calories.
I have put away my size 36 waisted pants, because as the weight has fallen off, I look funny wearing baggy pants. I enjoy wearing the 34’s, but look forward to wearing 32’s.
I enjoy waking up every morning full of energy compared to 21 days ago with the improved eating and exercise. I enjoy running around with my son playing games in the yard and not forcing him to go inside because I am tired. I want to continue on this path and avoid the physical pitfals that have bothered my father, and that I fear my sister will fall prey to.
While the ultimate goal is getting down to 175 pounds and 10% bodyfat, from the 230 pounds I was 21 days ago, I enjoy the progress being made. My wife has been mentioning my body in a good way as opposed to the less flattering comments just a short three weeks ago.
I’ve gone from 191 in May 2008 to 168 on Sept 24, 2008 using the Fat Loss guidelines and exercises. I am now 61 years old and have gotten back to a 34 waist, wearing clothes which were packed away and soon headed for Goodwill Industries.
My goal is to return to the 162 lbs. that I weighed at the end of Army basic training in 1966–and to wear size 32 again. Turning fat to muscle is a constant challenge in middle age, and I still have some work to do to get to a goal of 5% body fat. My new mantra is “No Fat, Burn the Fat” as I push for that extra 5 minutes on the bike or struggle to complete the last set of resistance training.
Still trying to get to six 8 oz. glasses of water today, but I consider totally eliminating coffee (shifted to decaf tea) and eliminating all alcohol major steps in the right direction.
I’ve found that scheduling and enforcing 8 to 9 hours sleep nightly has improved my overall health and stamina and lowered blood pressure and stress related symptoms.
The 5% body fat goal and the 162 lb. / 32 waist goals seem doable by the end of November (hopefully sooner, but I don’t want to move too fast for fear of regaining progress made.
My wife has been amazed at the contrast of my body shape and weight from one month ago. (She’s been a major help with this project, since she prepares very healthful meals, low salt, low fat, high fiber and lean protein. And she does all of the food prep herself — no opening cans of prepared veggies and entrees, just patient simmers, skimmed fat boil down of meats, and careful dressing prep with herbs from her garden.)
At 61, I can now say that my body thinks its back in its 30s.
I have been told my cholesterol is 5.8 and i need to get it down fast, i have lost 2pounds since monday and will do whatever it needs to reverse my cholesterol to a healthy lenel , i am 65lbs overweight and very unfit but im trying , and need all the good advice i can get. i will do this for my kids as well as myself.
Chris’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is to get back on track. In may 2007, i finally became disgusted with myself. I was 305 lbs, badly out of shape, with high cholesterol levels. When i would go to work, by the time i walked thru the parking lot and up the flight of stairs i could barely breathe and it felt like my heart was going to come out thru my chest. I started to eat right and hit the gym. Over time, i dropped to 250 lbs. My cholesterol went from over all of 244 to 146 and bad went from 145 to 86. I could play with my 4 kids(ages 13, 11, 9 and 7) with out tiring.
However, my excerise routine got stale and feel off the wagon, hitting the gym less while eating more(and poorly)..I have put about 20 lbs back on and i feel it. Over the next 21 days i want to get back down to 250 and then continue to lose. I want o get back to 235 lbs, my weight when i got married 17 yrs ago. I went from a tight 44 waist to a loose 40, never getting comfortably onto a 38, which is another goal!!i have to succeed, when i lost the weight, i donated what i like to refer as my “Fat boy” pants, all of them!! I have the added motivation of remembering how i felt when i had lost all the weight, and how crappy i feel now lugging around this extra 20 lbs..
I realize at 47 yrs old, if i dont get back on track and continue to lose weight and fat, i may miss many memorable moments in my 7 yr old sons life. I cant let that happen, i wont let it. I already have a week back in the gym and eating right, so the process has begun. I just need to keep it going permanently this time. As they say, this process needs to be a life style change….
Tiffany’s mission statement to acheive untoppable fat loss is to set up an acheivable meal and workout plan that will deliver the results I want to see in myself. I am ready to lose the last ten pounds that have been clinging to my midsection for the past 3 years and firm up my arms, legs and butt so that my husband who is ten years younger than me will be proud of me each and everytime we walk hand in hand down the street. I will decrease my body fat from 22% down to 19% and see that beautiful muscle definition I remember from 10 years ago. I will include more raw fruits and vegetables into my diet and steer clear from refined sugars and starches which trigger cravings I don’t need. I will exercise 5 days a week implementing weight lifting and interval training. I will improve my cardiovascular system and refresh my nervous system so that I do not end up with the diseases plaguing my parents and uncles. I will find a new found energy so I can enjoy Tae Kwon Do with my 7 and 13 year old daughters bringing us closer as a family. If I start now, my recovery for my upcoming surgery will be shorter and there will be less damage to my muscles. I can do this because my health, my wellness and my families happiness depend on it. I can do this and I will!!
Naeema’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…
I’m over the moon and glowing because of so many reasons today – 21 days since I made the decision to take charge of my life – my mental and physical health. I knew that once I made this conscious decision all else in my life will fall into place and it has.
I’ve woken up each day at 9.30am and went straight to my work out in the lounge, carrying my two 3kg weights, my stability ball, my TaiBo DVD, mum’s laptop for my work out schedule and my note pad to jot down my progress. On the days that I’ve not felt that great, I take a deep breath and remind myself that this is what I want to do and what I need to do.
I was very active in school, playing volleyball. Thereafter I joined a local Taibo class 2 days a week and felt amazing afterwards. Being able to see a six pack on myself was the best feeling ever. And I knew that because I felt good about myself I was able to fully do the things I needed to – taking care of my family came so easy with no second thoughts.
Now this feeling has come back, although I have to admit, not fully, but I know that it will soon enough!
It is 15 October 2008 and 10 days before I leave on business trip to meet very important clients of ours for the first time in the US! I’m confident that by the time I land on US soil, I’ll be strutting my stuff on the runway. My stripe blue dress is looking much better on me now than it was 21 days ago and in just over a week, I’m sure it will be the one I wear upon arrival in the US.
I’ve eaten my All Bran Flakes for breakfast and tried as far as possible to eat smaller healthy meals throughout the day, incorporating fruit and vegatables and lots of water. I have allowed myself cheat meals – curry atleast once a week, although just that – no rice or bread!
I feel like myself again, more each day and I know that my boyfriend is very glad of this – no more hang ups and no more complaining and whinning. I can’t wait to go the beach and not be forced to cover up.
My mission going forward is to make a conscious effort to remember the reason for my new lifestyle – moving out of the bad space I was in has rewarded me with a fuller life, being able to take care of all that I’m responsible for to the best of my ability. I’m no longer beating myself up about the things that are wrong in my life, especially the way my body looks – things are coming together now and I don’t want to go back there ever!
Each day that I try on a favourite item of clothing long since pushed to the back of my cupboard, I smile to myself in appreciation of the good that I’m doing.
Free at last…USA here I come!
Hazel’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss….On August 18, 2009, I weigh 140lbs and have 15% body fat. I am an athlete. I workout a minimum of six times per week, doing three days of cardio and three days of strength training. Each week, I increase the intensity of my workouts, testing myself and making my body and my mind stronger and stronger. I eat healthy, nutrient dense foods. My body craves these foods and feels nourished after consuming them. I love the flavor of healthy, minimally processed and fresh foods and the way in which they nourish my body. My body is quenched with the all the water I drink. Water is my absolute favorite drink and I can’t get enough of it.
I am a desktop publisher and a life long learner. I learn one new thing each day that I can add to my life and make me better at my job, a better student, and a better coach. I am reliable, a hard worker, and respected for my can-do attitude. I always get the job done. I am a good friend and wife. I am loyal and dependable, always willing to help at a moment’s notice. I love myself. I have numerous admirable qualities that make me a great contributor to this world. I love myself because I know that I am a great person. I love myself because I have the capacity to inspire myself and others. I love myself because I have nice, smooth skin. I love myself because I have magic hands that can heal when I massage others. I love myself because I have a long ways and endured many things and still have managed to come out on top. I love myself because I always persevere. I love myself because I only know progress. I love myself because I understand and strive for excellence.
I am a student at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. I make the most out of my educational experience online. I enjoy all of my classes and find practical applications for all that I learn. With each new thing I learn, I feel and am smarter.
I am the person who gets a good night’s rest every night, waking up each morning refreshed and with a sense of purpose. I am excited about the prospects for the day when I open my eyes and I start it all off always with a workout even if it’s stretching on my days off.
I am resistant to others attempts to bring me down either consciously by inviting me out to place where there is no prospect of a healthy meal or unconsciously by always complaining about how horrible their life is. I possess enormous strength and focus that I can stay on task and on the path that is best for me. I always ALWAYS take steps and move in the direction of my goals and dreams.
I looooove my workouts. Each morning I wake up itching at the opportunity to exert myself. I always give my best, always put it all out on the line and expend all my energy. This allows me to be pulled toward results, towards my dreams. With each exercise, with each movement, I can see my muscles flexing, breaking down and rebuilding themselves stronger. I see them tear apart and piece themselves back together into stronger bonds. This happens throughout my body and creates a more durable, flexible, stronger version. I am stronger today than I was the day before and I will be even stronger tomorrow.
I ooze excellence and I am unstoppable.
Karla’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…
My health and wellness deserve a renewed focus in my life, and my body is craving the foods I know will nourish and strengthen me. I will use the next 21 days to kick off the healthier habits I want to instill in my life, and prove to myself that I can regain and maintain my healthy physique.
For the next 21 days, I will:
1. Workout each morning with 1 rest day per week
2. Prepare and bring my daily food to work
3. Follow a clean eating diet, with 90% compliance
4. Complete all New Rules of Lifting (Fat Loss 1)workouts
5. Have a massage to celebrate during the final 7 days
6. Plan healthful dinners for the week to limit grocery store trips and lazy eating
7. Blog about my 21-day challenge and my progress
8. Take and post before and after pictures to motivate me through challenges, and appreciate the progress I make in this short period.
My goal for these 21 days is to execute the above 100%, lose 5 pounds, and inspire others to start their own 21-day challenge!
My mission is to stop putting everyone else first in life and start taking care of me!
Mike’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is beyond a want, it’s a need. During the next 21 days I will;
COMMIT: To follow the program.
DEDICATE: Time to exercise and sleep.
ESTABLISH: A meal program recommended by the program.
LIFT: Weights progressively from day to day.
FOCUS: On Work and Exercise.
MEDIATE: Read my Bible every morning before exercise.
REJUVENATE: This cold, tired and dead body of a person.
CHANGE: My lifestyle, I didn’t get here by accident, I believe it takes 21 days to change and forge new habits.
I’m a 43 yeard old male, that at 6′ tall weighs nearly 340. I have grown old and tired well before my time, twenty years ago I was young and dumb, working sixty to eighty hours a week, hitting the gym three hours a night up to six days per week. I was stout, strong and could gather the interest of others with 19″ biceps and a six-pack that was more functional than aestetic.
A taste of corporate america, working many hours, different shifts and an office with all the donuts, ice-cream and other dairy items one could fathom. Life became work, and work was life. Exercise and extraneous activity away from work became non-existent, and then some fifteen years later, I wake up one morning to realize I was a very sick person.
I have beenn there and tried that over and over, I have never had the luxury to afford a personal trainer and over the past two years I have tried to get back at it but for life reasons I have not been successful. I have scurried the internet over the past few weeks looking for something, again so many choices it has been hard to decide, and so many contradictions from program to program what really works – what doesn’t.
Is there any hope for a guy like me?
Mike.
Marty’s mission statement for unstoppable fat loss. It is October 15th, 2008 and I am so happy that I have declared a truce in my lifelong war between me and my food. I am no longer using food as a weapon or a reward and am eating well because I love the way that healthy food makes me feel. I have lost five of the fifteen pounds that I have let creep back on and I feel healthy and motivated to continue. I am paying attention to what I eat but not playing games or trying to compensate for binges and overeating. I eat and exercise to make me happier, healthier, and to continue toward my goal of being the best version of myself I can be. Today, I will write my mission statement for the next 21 days. Just try to stop me, you can’t because I AM UNSTOPPABLE!
My goals are long term. Reduce my body fat, gain lean mass, obtain more energy and adjust my nutrition to better help me obtain a leaner meaner me .Within the past 7 months I have dropped 45 lbs and 7 % body fat with simple dumbells, body weight, interval training and healthier eating. I would like to finish my year by seeing my body fat below 10%. The majority of my body fat is around my middle, so trading that for lean mass is major goal. I want total control of my body and mind. Mind over matter…or in this case, fat. In 5 years, 10 years, 20 years…..I want to be in better physical shape than I am now to enjoy all that life has to offer
Sorry … hit wrong button before I’d finished …
My mission is to stop putting everyone else first in life and start taking care of me!
In 1991 I had a motorcycle accident that left me with (amongst other injuries) 5 prolapsed discs that penetrated and abraded my spinal cord. I was told to accept the fact that I probably wouldn’t walk again. 2 years later I was finally able to stand erect and put one foot in front of another without being obviously “damaged”. Unfortunately the weight had piled on with the sudden cessation of previous levels of exercise and I had reached 255lb.
Since then I have struggled to lose weight – having finally achieved 55lb weight loss by the start of this year. My fitness and health, however, have not recovered … type 2 diabetes, cardio problems, recurrent of my asthma, plus the constant back pain and problems with my hips, knees and lower abdomen which resulted from the accident.
It’s time to change …
1. Change the mindset …
* Starting with every thought I have … “is this right for me, right now?”
* And with every action I perform … “is this what I should be doing for me, right now?”
* And mouthful of food I put in my mouth … “is this giving me the nutrition I need, right now?”
* And person I interact with … “is sharing any type of relationship with this person in my best interests, right now?”
* And every decision I make .. “what are the consequences of this decision, and am I prepared to accept them?”
Starting today … and putting everything in writing …
2. Sit down and review this stage on Saturday 1st November 2008 (morning) … in writing …
3. Saturday 1st November 2008 (afternoon) create an action plan and daily schedule (incorporating nutrition and exercise and visualisations) based on the above review.
4. Saturday 1st November 2008 (evening) do the first step on the action plan/schedule.
May not sound like much in the way of exercise and weight loss at first but (for me) everything starts with the mindset! Get this right (and value myself) and everything else will flow.
Wish me luck
Richard Steele’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…to tighten up my eating habits to reduce or eliminate any sugar and white flower from my already decent diet. My aim is to reduce my body fat percentage from the current level of about 8% to around 5% by the end of the year. The second step is to approach 3% to 4% before next season of natural bodybuilding competition. The goal is to go into the competition at 61 years of age and place well or win at least one competition.
The method to achieve this goal is to tighten up my diet as mentioned earlier and to focus harder on intense workouts to build as much muscle as possible at the same time. Small increments in intensity combined with a clean diet and regular body fat testing should keep me on track.
Richard R. Steele
It’s funny that this email came out, because on September 29th, I also turn 33. I have learned a lot from your emails and am starting to see results. It’s going to take a while, but with hard work and perseverance, I can overcome fat!!
Hugh Russell’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss for the next 21 days is to:
1. Lose 1.5% body fat
2. Build good nutritional and exercise habits to support my long term goal of reaching 9% body fat.
3. Review my efforts daily and my results weekly
4.Identify and remove tolerations in my life that might be hindering my progress.
5. Find a mentor to provide me with more knowledge
6. Find a person who I can share what I know with as thanks for what I have learned from others.
The rewards for my daily diligence are overwhelming. My physical improvements are leading to a better lifestyle that enables me to better love and support my family, friends, co-workers and everybody I encounter. I give thanks now for the extraordinary gifts that allow me to pursue a healthier body and lifestyle. I will not waste those gifts.
October 15, 2008:
I am grateful that I have been able to put into action the mindset of “Unstoppable Fat Loss.” Finally, I have been able to believe truly in my capability to lose excess fat and act upon this belief, achieving a a reduction of 3 inches around my waist. With a tighter tummy, not bloated by overeating or unhealthy foods, I feel more confident walking around and I feel comfortable in my clothes because they no longer rub and chafe.
I have been enjoying my morning workouts, a great start to the day, at least 2x/muscle group weight lifting per week, and at least one HIIT per week. My journal is filled with positive statements asserting my progress, my belief and confidence in myself, and my best wishes for others. I am grateful I can provide attention and care to others without worrying about my uncomfortable feelings about myself.
I realize I still have a long and patient road ahead, but I know that these small gains will take me great steps forward. I am happy to note that at my friend’s wedding, I felt I ate appropriately, I did not eat too much, I was not uncomfortable, and I was able to enjoy people’s company and had a lot of fun dancing.
I look forward to the continued progress I make to achieve my ultimate goal as a role model of healthy living and eating for my friends, to show to my family that I can take care of myself, and to establish lifelong healthy habits that make me capable of serving others because I am fit, mentally clear, and ready to give them time and attention rather than be stuck by the obstacles of my past. I am grateful that I have made a great deal of progress against disordered eating, and I am looking forward to daily conquering it as well as being able to support others who have struggled as I have. Thank you Scott, for inculcating the unstoppable fat loss mindset!
Well in my line of work I take care of very sick or hurt people, which often requires lifting, pulling and pushing them to get up and back into life.
Unfortunately while doing this over the past year, I tore my abdominal wall and shredded about 6 inches. I had surgery and have not been allowed by the surgeon to do any form of exercise for the past 2 1/2 months, not to mention I could barely walk for almost a month. Ive always been active, exercise is my hobby so with out it I felt terrible and the pounds went on. Thankfully I have no more restrictions and am ready to get these 10 pounds off. I’d love to have rock hard abs but because of this injury and two previous c sections, dont know if its possible. I’m ready to do what it takes to reach my goals, I know the basics but would love some direction and guidance to make sure Im doing it right….. Thanks
I am frustrated with my body. I am 5′2” and weigh 134 pounds. I have done so many exercise programs, been part of gyms and also sports teams. I am pretty athletic. I play sports and did so through high school and college. I’ve run two marathons and a couple of 5K runs. I eat well. I lift weights, go bike riding, play volleyball etc…No matter what I have done my body looks the same. Even after training for my second marathon, I gained 6 pounds and even if it was 6 pounds of muscle, my physique did not look any different. I would love to have your program because it seems to work. Scott, I see your wife and how great she looks and I would love that for myself. My kids see how hard I work at it and it would be great to show them how my hard work can pay off. My husband has a small frame and I always dread wearing something revealing around him. He doesn’t mind and even says I look great, but I know I can do better.
After 21 days, my mission is to get back to my 118 pound body that I had in high school. It was a comfortable weight for me where I felt good in my own skin. My arms will have more definition because right now they are strong, but not defined. My legs will be toned and powerful like they used to be.
For 21 days, I will eat a diet of fruits, vegetables, healthy grains and healthy fats. I will drink 96 ounces of water as well. No sweets and 8 hours of sleep a night.
I have just finished a cleanse, so this would be a perfect time to start anew.
After 21 days, I will be different!
“Noelle’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…”

Tera’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…
Today is October 15th and I am amazed at the results I have achieved in the last 21 days all as a result of making the commitment to myself.
I am a leader and I am working on taking my business to a new level, so, I need to be fit and healthy in order to inspire others to move their business and their lives forward. The last few years I have been working so hard on my business and have neglected my body and it shows.
It makes me sad & disappointed in myself which was affecting all the areas of my life. I was so tired, NO MORE, I am full of life and motivating others!!
This was the kickoff I needed to get me to my ultimate goal of losing 15 pounds in the next 90 days.
I’ve lost 3 inches around my midsection which is so exciting for me, I feel great and look fabulous! My husband has noticed the changes and that feels great! My 2 boys are now working out along with me and they are making healthier choices, which inspires me to stay committed!
I’ll admit it hasn’t been easy and I haven’t been perfect, but, I have made the best possible choice everytime! Making this commitment to my health & fitness has helped me more than I thought possible, my business is thriving and I am working less, my marriage is better than ever, my relationships with friends & family are wonderful, I am making more money, my home is organized, warm & welcoming and so, we have been entertaining more often and all because I feel better about myself because I am active, healthy and strong!! I enjoy my daily life!!!
Thank you Scott!

I am going to loose 55lbs in the next six months,i have tried all the programs on the market in the last 2 years, but with no results. i know that with the unstoppable fat loss program i will loose all the fat i am trying to loose. When we go on holiday in December 08 to the Chobe national park in Botswana i will be lean and mean. I can feel my wife hanging onto me when we are in public.
i’ve been overweight for 25 years. i tried lifting weights jogging and walking and also tae-bo. i even resorted to illegal drugs to lose weight which worked only for a short time and then i gained the weight back. instead of looking for a miracle cure i’d like to try something that is safe and proven to be effective. i know underneath there is a six-pack waiting to be exposed to the world. this is my chance to do what i’ve always wanted and that’s to look good naked and have girls stop asking me when the baby is due.

Stephanie Cartwright’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…
Today is October 16, 2008. Today is the present moment. I am fully in the present moment. I am enjoying creating in this temporary, yet necessary, physical body that I thought into existence because I fully believe in “thought is cause”. In the present moment my thoughts, attitudes, and actions are in alignment. I am creating inner peace in order to create outer peace. I am full of vitality, sensuality, sexuality, and harmony. I take action on my desires and my dreams. I am enjoying looking into the mirror at the new me, the slimmer me, the healthier me. I am eating healthy food prepared by me. I am moving my body in ways that I never have before and loving it! I am filled with gratitude and a stronger love of life. My husband is more attentive because I am creating the energetic vibe for him to be attracted to. Our children show more respect for me because I have more respect for myself! Plus, they are eating healthier and as a family, our relationships are that much stronger and secure.
Statistically, I am at least 20 pounds lighter. I know this because I weighed myself last Monday (which is only day of the weak that I weigh in). I am no longer a slave to the scales. I direct my attention where I want it to be! Where I want it to be is RIGHT NOW creating the future that I have envisioned! The key to my success is that I am disciplined – Mind, Body, and Soul!
Kathleen’s mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is to go to bed at 9.30pm, get up at 5 am and fit in 2 hours of execise per day in a variety of forms that include Body Balance, weight training and cardio so I can run 12km in a marathon in 50 minutes OR LESS on the 25th Oct.
I am the first runner in a team and I am going to surprise them all. I want to kick butt – my own and that of those around me who don’t have a passion for health and fitness.
I want to look and feel excellent by being leaner, reducing the size of my thighs by 3 cm and being better than my best.
Be my best and inspire the rest.
my mission statement for unstoppable fat lost in the next 21 days is to get regain my fitness. i have just had varicose vein surgery so hve not been able to do any kind of training for the last 2 weeks! in 2 days i am going to enter the gym again and plan to train real hard to get fit again asap as i want to be in the firebrigade when they next recruit. i believe that with the right program and nutrition i should be able to acheive my goal.
Maureen’s mission statement to achieve unstoppable fat loss:
My mission is to tone muscle I know exists and lose body fat down to a respectable 19%(or better) – to show off that new tone.
My mission is to eat the correct calories for my lifestyle and to adjust those calories as needed to achieve and maintain goals.
My mission is to keep a positive attitude about exercise and food – even when I have had a “bad” day!
My mission is to lower my Cholesterol – because I cannot use “genetics” as an excuse.
My mission is to be able to fit into my favorite style of jeans again. And feel confidence as I wear them – instead of making certain my shirt is big enough to hide behind.
My mission is to feel comfortable in a bikini at the pool, beach, waterpark – even though I may not choose to wear it because of my age
My mission is to not feel my age!
My mission statement. In the next 21 day I want to get back to a regular and consistent work out routine. I want to cut my alcohol intake down to near nothing. Fine tune my eating by figuring out a few more easy meals besides chicken and broccoli all the time. By doing this I hope to not only feel better but to get my self confidence up to a healthy level so I can continue to improve my life instead of sitting around and wasting it away.

Ron’s mission statement to achieve fat loss is…
A total commitment to lose the fat and gain lean muscle by changing the way I fuel my body, as well as finding the optimal exercise routine to kick up my metabolism. I believe changing my mindset to look at eating as fueling my body for survival and nutrition will be a key to my success. If I can accomplish that state of mind, I believe there will be huge gains in the days to come.
After the 21 days, I will be a lot more confident in everything I do, especially things that require interaction with other people. People who know me will look at me and notice the difference in both physical appearance as well as social confidence.
The next 3 weeks will be the catalyst to building a better me. This will not be a one shot, 21-day resolution, but a complete change of how I want to live for the rest of my life. I want to be that person with his picture and story posted; I want to give my testimony of how Unstoppable Fat Loss helped me to achieve my goals, to become a better me! =)
Marc’s mission statement to achieve fat loss is…by October 15th I will have single digit body fat and I will attain a six pack by following a strict balanced nutrition plan, combining 5 days of weights and 3 days of cardio, and journaling about my mission statement every morning and evening. I will achieve my mission because I can see my children making better choices and focusing on their health and nutrition as well. I also want to look good for my wife and do justice to the gladiator costume I bought for Halloween!
Just when I thought my life was good-you came along. Now my future looks great! The next 21 days will be my best effort ever to improve my health and well-being.I am looking forward to increasing my activity levels and decreasing my weight and body fat %. I am unstoppable!

Hey Scott, happy early birthday, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for changing my life with your audios, you have NO idea!
My victory journal says:
I’m fitting into my favorite blue jeans by October 15th 2008. I’m doing 4 days of strength training and 6 days of my cardio endorphin high! I’m CHOOSING healthy eating choices whevever I go. I will not be defined by a number on a scale, but instead how my body feels when I feed it whole and natural foods. In the next 21 days I’m setting aside 3 hours aside every week to read my personal training course books, to educate myself even more about the world of fitness. Every morning I’m JUMPING out of bed, excited to start a new day and to see what great things will come and to take that single step to bring me closer to my ultimate goal: 6 pack abs (by december 17th 2008) And everyday I write down what I can do that particular day to help me achieve my goal and im ensuring that i dont sleep until i have made even a SMALL progress to each and every one of those things. Every morning I write down all the things im grateful for, so that i can be HAPPY NOW, and not ” in the future, when i lose 10 lbs” thanks to you scott, i’ve learned to love myself and even though im the heaviest i’ve ever been im the HAPPIEST! and now i KNOW i can do it. I KNOW I WILL HAVE 6 PACK ABS BY DECEMBER and I will compete in a fitness figure competition by February 14th 2009. THANK YOU SO MUCH SCOTT FOR YOUR AUDIOS, YOU ARE TRULY AND INSPIRATION!!!!!!!!!

Heather’s mission statement to achieve fat loss is…
I will be turning 50 early in 2009 and therefore I have less than 5 months to rid myself of some annoying flab. My goal is simple: Anyone who dances with me better not be able to grab the fat on my waist! To reach my goal, I have several things I need to do. Re-work my exercise routines to fit an insanely busy lifestyle and that means incorporating the “7 minute workout”. I will also find a way to stay motivated and not allow my shift work to interfere with eating better foods, drinking more water and exercising at very odd hours of the day AND the night! Lastly, I have suffered several personal losses in 2007 and 2008 and my mind and my body are showing the effects. This realization, along with the onset of some minor menopause symptoms that are starting to occur, has actually been a blessing in disguise and I am not going to look back any more except in fond remembrance. My fat can “eat my dust!”

Rosie Castellano´s from Guatemala City, Central America mission statement to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss is…
Today is Sept. 27th.
I will be turning 42 this year, and I already lost 50 pounds from Feb. to Sept (7 months), at this moment 18% fat in my body and weighting 117 pounds. Working with the programs from Vince, Graig and Mike. Became a vegetarian in the process (fruit, veggies, yugourt, oat meal, almonds, waulnuts, nuts, tuna fish, fish, raisins, xtra virgin oil, green tea and tons and tons of water.
At this moment I feel in GREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT shape and love myself lots. At the gym I have heads turning and the young generation asking for the secret. It is no secret, the only secret is: SETTING GOALS, BEING POSSITIVE, LOVING YOURSELF, EATING HEALTHY AND NO EXCUSES FOR NOT GETTING TO THE GYM. But in this moment I WILL LOVE to know what it takes to get 6 PACK ABS and weight 100 pounds and 12% fat.
At the same time I will start a new job in Miami for Carnival Cruise Lines, so maybe a can go in the Jan 9th cruise, and I want to look FANTASTIC.
Keep lean, train hard and eat healthy,
Rosie
The only thing in my life I can control right now is what I do with my body.
I am 5′5″, starting at 250lbs in Jan of 2008 I now weigh 180, this has been quite an accomplishment. I would love to have the unstoppable fat loss deluxe to help me achieve the final transformation of my body. Thank you for this opportunity.
Happy Birthday Scott!!!!
Hi Scott,
happy birthday, here’s my mission statement for the next twenty-one days.
I AM GOING TO TRANSFORM MY LIFE!!!!!! as well as transform my dangerous bmi of “36″. I am going to invest in me for a change, in order to give myself the chance to reconnect with my healthy self. I am going to increase my salad intake and cut back on using salad dressings, mayo etc. I am also having an increase in the amount of fruits and vegetables I eat during the next twenty-one days(I really need to have these visible in the home so that my three children will also snack on them.) In the next twenty-one days I am going to increase my water intake and cut out all juices soft drinks etc. Finally I am going to make exercise a daily routine- at present I get to spin class on fridays and saturdays only-I do weights at home but not very often. There-fore even if it is walking for half hour daily I am going to get it done.At the end of this twenty-one days I will fit into a size fourteen pants I now wear a size sixteen. with God and determination all things are possible including winning this contest.
best wishes!
Thanks for making my birthday extra special. It’s been an absolute treat to read through all your mission statements. In fact, it’s been a better treat than the ice cream cake that I just indulged in
I’ll close out the contest at 11:59pm EST today Sept 29th and announce the winners tomorrow.
Right now I have it narrowed down to 17 and it will be a tough choice to pick the 6 winners.
Thanks again. This has been really special for me.
Really like this post, thanks for writing.
