Firm Butt Update…

Hi everyone…we have now completed week #7 of Nick Nilsson’s Gluteus to the Maximus program! Wow, time is flying by! I have stuck to his program with the exception of one week when I was sick. I will be taking next week off of his program because I am on vacation. I will resume on July 30. I will consider this to be week #9. I will continue to follow his program for a total of 12 weeks.

Can I Make My Cellulite Disappear?

I don’t know of another women who doesn’t complain about cellulite. Yes, it’s definitely not the most attractive thing to look at and there are things you can do to diminish the appearance of cellulite. Yes, there is hope!

Do I have cellulite? Yes, I do! I do notice that it does diminish when I am seriously getting fit. I know that it used to appear more on the back of my thighs and now that I am following Nick Nilsson’s, “Gluteus to the Maximus” program, I am targeting my butt/thighs, which are the areas that I tend to carry my fat. I am gaining muscle here. I just know it because I am seeing lines that I’ve not seen before! My legs and butt just feel hard. It’s awesome because I have not tried to really put emphasis on these areas for awhile and now that I am, it’s great to see that it’s working in my favor!

Feeling Better and Ready 2B Firm!

Hi all…sorry I have not posted in a few days. My butt/thighs needed some rest! Actually I had a nasty sore throat that left me with little energy. I remember thinking that all I wanted was some comfort foods such as ice cream. I know when I’m not working out and feeling lousy that it is easy for me to not eat so well. I’m sure you can all relate to this!

“Alternate Exercises” – Gluteus to the Maximus

If you have done this particular exercise you will know what I mean when I say, “Wow.” The front of my quadriceps are really sore. I just keep stretching! I did workout #12 from the advanced home workouts, following Nick Nillson’s “Gluteus to the Maximus” program. We just kept alternating between two exercises for a total of 8 sets! I have a workout partner, which really helps. I wonder if her thighs are really sore too? Usually I am mainly really sore in my butt muscles…

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend…we had a great time here. The weather was perfect…not too hot or too cool. I went for a couple of bike rides down a country road. Biking riding is great for isolating the glute muscles.

Gluteus to the Maximus – Pre Exhaust Training

Wow…have you done this workout yet? I think my butt/thigh muscles were still fatigued from the last workout because I was really feeling the ‘burn’ during todays workout! Today I did workout #9 from Nick Nilsson’s Gluteus to the Maximus program. I am following the 20 minute advanced home workouts. I have to admit that this is just the kind of challenge my body needed!

June 19 – Gluteus to the Maximus…

Wow – What did you think of the supersets? I was really feeling it after the first couple of sets, but the torture did not end until we did a full 5 sets! Most people think that you cannot get an awesome workout from home…are they ever in for a surprise after Nick’s program! I am following Nick Nilsson’s Gluteus to the Maximus program. For the next 5 weeks I am doing the advanced 20 minute home workouts. I am combining his program with The Fit Chic 10 minute Express workouts. This way I am still getting all the benefits of a full body workout each week.

“Supersets”- Gluteus to the Maximus

Uh -oh , I haven’t done today’s workout yet but I’ve viewed it online and I’m a bit scared! I am following Nick Nilsson’s Gluteus to the Maximus program to help me achieve tight, lean thighs and a firmer butt! It’s definitely ’shaping’ up to come true! I am doing the 20 minute advanced home workouts, as well as following The Fit Chic 10 minute Express Workouts. It’s a great combination because I am still getting a full body workout in a reasonable amount of time!

Week # 3 – Gluteus to the Maximus

Okay, I’m feeling reealllyyyy good! I woke up early and went for a brisk 30 minute walk. This is going to be part of my new routine. I am so much a morning person. I’ve just been so lazy the past few weeks! So this is my third week into Nick Nilsson’s Gluteus to the Maximus program! It’s going very well. I was checking out my hamstrings yesterday and I could not believe how HARD they were! At least I know I’m getting somewhere!

Today’s Butt Workout…

Hi everyone…wow what a workout today! I did workout # 7 from Nick Nilsson’s Gluteus to the Maximus program. The #7 workout is in the 20 minute Advanced Home Workouts section. What a good one! It was 3 different leg exercises at 4 sets for each one! Wow. I was DONE after that.

How To Develop A Firm Butt – An Interview With Nick Nilsson

To kick off the Firm Butt Challenge I interviewed Nick Nilsson the creator of the Gluteus To The Maximus program. I grilled Nick for 80 minutes forcing him to share the top exercises to develop a firm butt and tight thighs, as well as which workouts would produce maximum results. Let me tell you, Nick held absolutely nothing back in this interview. I took detailed notes and learned way more than I ever could have imagined. If you want to build a firm butt, this is a must listen to audio.

    Gluteus to the Maximus – My “New” Plan…

    Hi everyone! After listening to Nick Nilsson’s call on Friday night, I’ve decided to challenge myself even more to a firmer butt and toned thighs! Today was my first day following the 20 minute advanced home workout from Nick’s Gluteus to the Maximus program. Wow, it was VERY intense. An awesome workout! I’ve decided to do the 20 min. advanced program instead of the 10 min. because I want FASTER RESULTS!
