To kick off the Firm Butt Challenge I interviewed Nick Nilsson the creator of the Gluteus To The Maximus program. I grilled Nick for 80 minutes forcing him to share the top exercises to develop a firm butt and tight thighs, as well as which workouts would produce maximum results.
