My Legs Are Burning!

Well, I honestly did not think that my leg/butt workout was that excruciating yesterday. I mean it was only 2 exercises…how bad could it be?! I know I was really getting a good pump during the routine but it was over so quick! I am following Nick Nilsson’s program, Gluteus to the Maximus. I am doing the Advanced 10 min. home workout. I am incorporating Nick’s routine into The Fit Chic year of workouts.

Today I woke up…and, boy, did I ever feel the tightness in my legs and butt! It feels awesome! I am really floored

My First Day Following: “Gluteus to the Maximus”

Hi everyone…wow it feels so great to be part of this ‘firm butt‘ challenge with all of you who have purchased Nick Nilsson’s product “Gluteus to the Maximus.” If you are unsure about what his program is all about the title is a sure giveaway. Basically, I am following it to challenge myself to gain a firmer, rock solid butt! An awesome side effect will be toned, lean, and sexy thighs!
