Well, I honestly did not think that my leg/butt workout was that excruciating yesterday. I mean it was only 2 exercises…how bad could it be?! I know I was really getting a good pump during the routine but it was over so quick! I am following Nick Nilsson’s program, Gluteus to the Maximus. I am doing the Advanced 10 min. home workout. I am incorporating Nick’s routine into The Fit Chic year of workouts.
Today I woke up…and, boy, did I ever feel the tightness in my legs and butt! It feels awesome! I am really floored
