I just came across an interesting study about how Krill oil is helping women reduce the emotional and physical symptoms of PMS. One of the major symptoms that Krill oil helps reduce is the cravings of sweets. This study was conducted over a three month period involving 70 women and and the primary outcomes were measured by a self-assessment questionnaire for PMS based on the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
