You may be surprised when you find out what the #1 fat loss strategy is when you want to achieve permanent results. When it comes to weight loss we all know that we need to improve our diet and increase the amount of physical activity that we do each day. And lets face it, the reason why we reduce our calories and exercise more is for vanity. We want to look better right? Hey, I’m right there with you on that. But looking better and getting 6 pack abs is just a surface reason for losing weight.
