Tell Someone Today.
What am I talking about? I’m talking about the TRUTH. Let’s face it – most of us are not completely honest with ourselves when it comes to what we are eating. Do you really tell the truth when someone asks you what you are eating to lose weight? Usually not. This is the problem. If you want results, I mean the REAL DEAL, you need to be completely honest with yourself.
I want to tell YOU that I am eating totally clean today. There I did it. I am going to tell my husband too. Why? Because I know that once I tell you, now I will do it. Simple as that. Wow, it feels so great now that I just made myself accountable to all of you.
I’ve been totally rockin’ it with my home workouts. I’m working out 5 days/week, yet still picking at snack foods that I know are not good for me! They are only in the house for lunches for the kids and I do like to bake them cookies for their lunch. I know I just need to get myself in the right mental frame to make the changes.
I’m telling you though, once you speak your goals OUT LOUD, you will be much more likely to stick to
your plan. TELL SOMEONE TODAY. It’s powerful!
Have a great day and weekend!
Cheers to health,

YOu are so right! we are not honest…so let’s get real! i’ll do it, too! make it public so as to help hold myself accountable! “I am eating totally clean today!”
Well, Angie, I’ll be totally honest. I am a junk food junkie. There. I said it. I also have high cholesterol, hypertension, high blood sugar and I’m overweight by 20 pounds or so…
I am laying off the sugars, drinking more green tea and water, and weaning myself from the sodas. It’s a matter of developing new, healthy habits.
