Tom Venuto is the ‘go to guy’ when it comes to the most effective strategies to burn fat and today marks the beginning of a new era in Fat Loss. Tom has officially announced the pre-release of his hardcover book “The Body Fat Solution“. I have only had the chance to review one chapter from the book so far which happens to include a reference to a husband and wife team named Scott and Angie
so at this time I can’t provide a full review of the book for you.

Joe, The new book, The Body Fat Solution, is not a hardcover version of Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle.
The Body fat solution is a completely new book with new content, a new focus and aimed at a somewhat different audience.

Hi, I have been working out for a while now, I dont seen to see any progress in my midsection, It seems that i dont lose that fat, I eat pretty well and try to eat very healthy… how often should I do interval excersises? what kind of food should I be eating, if I ate what you suggest, I’ll be hungry, not a good feeling for me.

I bought two copies of the book, confident that it would have excellent material. I was not dissapointed. I’m now pondering the issues of emotional eating and making corrections on my habits.
