Good morning to all of you! I hope you are getting inspired through reading some of my blogs! Following the Every Other Day Diet - Lifestyle Plan has really encouraged me to cut back on a lot of my junk food eating habits and has skyrocketed my energy levels. It’s been amazing! I am not feeling so sluggish around 1pm like I usually do…I am getting so much more done with my day!
The Fit Chic
Yesterday I did finally do a weigh in and I am at 17.7 % body fat! This is progress…I thought I would be lower, however with all of the Halloween candy around the house…I know, I know…excuses, excuses! I feel really good though and I am making progress so it is encouraging to me.

I woke up this morning at 6:30am and went for a brisk 30 minute walk. It was perfect. Quiet and refreshing. I then came home feeling ready to start my day. I ate 2 eggs and an english muffin with peanut butter. I am still eating my favourite foods like peanut butter and LOSING BODY FAT! This is totally not like any ‘diet’ I have ever heard of! I am not deprived at all.
The Every Other Day Diet
Tomorrow is my ‘feed day.’ I get to eat ANYTHING that I want to for dinner! This works out perfectly because my girlfriends and I are going out to dinner. It’s one of my favourite restaurants…yes I’m excited! I love food…:)

I will try to post a journal entry at least 1X/week to give you insight into this plan and answer any questions you may have. I have been trying to post daily, however I am getting certified through ISSA as a Personal Fitness Trainer and find my time limited.

Good luck with your fitness goals!

Cheers to health,

Angie
