I know that following the Every Other Day Diet - Lifestyle Plan is definitely a match for me. It is so flexible and easy to follow. However, I really need to blog my progress more often. I didn’t realize how much more accountable it made me subconsciously!
The Every Other Day Diet
I have been totally dedicated following The Fit Chic’s Year of Workouts. This is such a great 20 minutes for me. It’s my time to just zone and pump out any stress and/or frustration that I may be having. I really need the weights. I feel so exhilarated afterwards! My energy levels just soar and this is the time when I get so much done. I love the feeling of energy and clarity that I feel following my workouts.

Today I will workout on chest and back. I cannot wait because it always revs me up! I will fit in a nice, brisk walk in once the kids are asleep…
