Hello ladies…I just want to share with you today the POWER behind our intentions. How motivated are you to achieve fat loss success? This is what I have been experiencing lately: I am voicing and writing down what I want to happen and it is slowly becoming a reality!

The Fit Chic
As most of you already know I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I am just beginning to advertise to get my own clients. I have also voiced to Scott and some close friends that I would love to hold larger groups of classes at a community center. I have also just recently wrote down some short term goals. I want to fill up my Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with clients.

This I intended about a week ago. Well, I am currently working on a proposal to do two fitness classes at a community center near my home. I have also signed up two new clients! I am just thrilled! All the pieces seem to be coming together!

I wanted to share this with you because this kind of ‘putting our intentions out there’ to the universe and receiving answers is so powerful. I know it can work in all aspects of your life. I recommend you do this for your fitness goals. Write them down…tell people what you are striving for…get excited about it…really want it and visualize it!
