It’s been a little while since I’ve given away all 3 of my fat loss programs to an individual who demonstrates what it takes to achieve fat loss success. I have been impressed with the accomplishments and actions of many of my followers lately, so I figured it’s about that time to hold an Unstoppable Fat Loss contest beginning NOW!

It’s simple to enter the contest. All that you have to do is share your answer to the following question: To Achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss I am willing to…

To Achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss I am willing to…

  • Plan out my workout schedule for the year
  • Plan my meals for the week in advance
  • When cooking meals always make enough to last for at least 3 meals so it cuts down on cooking time
  • Eat whole natural foods like oatmeal, fruit, vegetables, sweet potatoes, chicken, fish, and eggs 90% of the time
  • Read at least one book per month on a topic that will improve my overall health and well-being
  • Write out my goals and make them public
  • Schedule another photo shoot to hold me accountable to my goals
  • Share what really matters to me in life and how living in a healthy body will allow me to do those things to my fullest potential
  • Inspire others to take action on their health and fitness goals
  • Incorporate both long duration and HIIT training for my cardio
  • Push myself harder each workout
  • Give my absolute best effort with each workout
  • Become a better person today than I was yesterday, and be a better person tomorrow than I am today
  • Step outside of my comfort zone
  • Write out my health and fitness mission statement
  • Participate in fun activities with my family
  • And last but not least, to achieve Unstoppable Fat Loss I am willing to believe that it’s possible!
