- The Definition Of Unstoppable Fat Loss Contest

Unstoppable fat loss means sheer determination to me. It is synonymous with pride and that glowing feeling of accomplishment.
Unstoppable fat loss is hard core, bad ass, balls to the walls exercise and the confidence that comes from proving to yourself that you are capable of more than you ever dreamed, and worth every drop of sweat and every tear you shed.
It means putting in 100% effort and being confident that the investment(your time and energy) youve made in your body is going to pay big dividends (getting the body you want).
Unstoppable fat loss is possible for everyone you just have to let go of the fear and trust the process and the exercises.
To me, the foundation of Unstoppable Fat Loss is GRATITUDE.
To be unstoppable one must be extremely grateful:
Grateful for the ability to recognize that I have made poor choices in the past.
Grateful that I have the ability to change those choices today and every tomorrow.
Grateful that I choose to make those choices.
Grateful for all of the friends who support me and for all the resources available if I just choose to seek them out.
When I am truly grateful to myself, when I can thank myself for choosing to live better and longer-
When I really begin to feel the effects of eating clean, training hard and resting well-
When I feel younger than I did more than twenty years ago-
I am so grateful to myself for choosing to take back control over my body.
That gratitude makes me realize how much I truly love myself and marvel at who I am and who I am becoming. That propels me to go even farther.
And when one is truly grateful and genuinely loves themselves – then, nothing can stop them.
UNSTOPPABLE FAT LOSS, what it means to me! I recently finished my DC degree (Doctor of Chiropractic), March-07. I could had never accomplished it if I didn’t have the unstoppable mentality. Please let me explain, in 2004 I was in a roll over car accident, (I was the passenger), I broke my neck, crushed 3 vertebrae, I have 5 plastic disc and I am fused at C_5,6,7 with a titanium plate. I was paralyzed (hemi paralysis) on the left side of my body; I had no feeling or movement in the left side of my body. I am #23, on the Floride Spinal Cord Injury registry for spinal cord injuries. I get the wheel chair magazine every month. I had a slow painful recovery and had no insurance to cover this injury, The driver was not at fault, (we were cut off by a drunk driver), my insurance paid $10,000.00, the other $83,000.00 was on me; no I received no assistance, I paid it out of my own pocket. It took me years to recover and return to finish school, which I did through that UNSTOPPABLE MENTALITY! During my illness, I balooned up to 298 lbs, this was do to the drugs, (steroids). I am proud to say, today I bench press 245lbs, I weigh 253lbs. I currently am in the average body range and would like to get into the ideal body fat range. I donot have much money, I am still taking National boards and have to take Fl. State boards before I start seeing a pay check.
I actually workout in a garage with my nephew, we just create exercise to try to work as many different muscle groups as possible. Fortunately, I have a good education and imagination so we do pretty good for what we have to work with.
I am 46 yo,my body fat is 23% and my dream is to 1 day get to participate in a weight lifting event; I don’t care if I am in last place, I know where I came from and that puts me in first!
I may not win this contest, that is the way life goes, you learn to roll with the punches.
I know this much, I will not stop until I reach my goal and grab my dreams!
Good luck, here’s to your health, Dr. John
What unstoppable fat loss is to me.
It is the maturity to recognize that I’m able to override the negative voices that have kept me down.
It is the thought in my head that is willing to work out today and the passion to do it now!
It is the mindset that will not tolerate the lame excuses. It is the drive that pushes you out of your comfort zone to refine you like gold.
It is the understanding that fat loss is not instantaneous and that everything is relative.
Unstoppbale fat loss is believeing in your yourself and finding inspiration in everyday life.
Being comfortable for who I am and the drive for what is to come.
Not taking NO for an answer. IT is taking responsibility and being thankful for I have finally realized who I am.
This reality is achieved with motivation, determination, Inspiration, compassion and love. Proving to ones self that the action I take, will bring me closer to who I really am.
LIFE is a journey not a Destination…….

Rob… buddy, you hit it right on man! Gratitude is one of the biggest factors in a successful fat loss journey.
Being grateful during the difficult times and when you are faced with obstacles and challenges is one of the hardest things to do. But you are rewarded tremendously in the end.
Keep up the great work everyone!
