Okay, I’m feeling reealllyyyy good! I woke up early and went for a brisk 30 minute walk. This is going to be part of my new routine. I am so much a morning person. I’ve just been so lazy the past few weeks! So this is my third week into Nick Nilsson’s Gluteus to the Maximus program! It’s going very well. I was checking out my hamstrings yesterday and I could not believe how HARD they were! At least I know I’m getting somewhere!
I also plan to fit in a 20 minute HIIT training session. It is my day off of the weights. I have incorportated Nick’s program into The Fit Chic 10 minute Express Workouts. This combo is fitting so perfectly into my busy schedule. As most of you know I have two young children and work from my home. I am super busy, yet always find the time to get my workouts in! Many times, the kids are swarming around me but they know now that this is my time and it does not take long to complete.
Soon they will be out of school for the summer….aaaggghhh!!! What will I do?! Maybe I can go away to a ‘camp’ for a week? Lol….Sounds kinda appealing though! Anyway, my ‘plan’ is to wake up early about 5:30 each day so that I can clear my head, go for my walk, have my coffee, and journal. I want to do this before they wake up. I find that I am much more focused once I have this time to myself in the morning. I’m sure many of you can relate!
Well I’m off to making lunches and training clients! Let me know how your workouts are going? Is anyone doing the ‘Glute Specialization‘ Program as well as following Nick’s butt workout? I’m been following it. It’s been easy to squeeze into the day. It only take a couple of minutes of your time.
