Workout Music To Boost Your Energy And Focus

For nearly a year now there has been just one audio in my mp3 player that I listen to when I workout. That mp3 is the Optimindzation Attraction Accelerator audio. Without this workout music I simply can not perform my best in the gym. In fact, just the other day I walked into the gym without my mp3 player. I couldn’t believe that I left it at home, but since I was already at the gym I decided to go ahead with my workout. After 5 minutes of warming up I walked out of the gym and drove home to get my mp3 player and the Attraction Accelerator audio.
Seriously! I just could not do my workout without it. Nothing felt the same. I was unfocused, unmotivated, and distracted with everything going on in my surroundings. I was as far away from my training ‘zone’ as I could possibly be.
How I Approach My Workouts
I walk through the gym door with an intense purpose and passion. I know exactly what I’m going to do and I know that I will give everything that I have and more to making this workout the best one that I’ve ever had.
I refuse to just go through the motions. I refuse to accept anything less than the very best effort that I can put forth during the workout. It’s all business. Otherwise, I’m just wasting my time and money.
As I approach the gym doors I put my headphones on. This is like flipping the switch in my head that turns me into this extremely focused and motivated machine that will allow nothing to get in the way of him and his goal.
I nod at the trainer behind the desk, swipe my card, and crank the Optimindzation Attraction Accelerator on my mp3 player.
At this point the blinders are on. It’s like I’m the only person in the gym. I see no one and I hear no one. It’s just me, the weights, and an intense desire to sculpt my body.
